One example: Audio confirmation of sign in/out
With the Kiosk, is it possible to add audio confirmation stating the new status of the person who just signed in/out? The new status does show on screen highlighted in green or red, but might be even more helpful for some people to play audio as well.
Sometimes employees forget to sign in/out, and then the next time they try to sign in/out eg go out to lunch, they think they might be signed in/out but the status was actually the oppostite. If they aren't paying attention or visually impaired they might miss that this did not work as expected. It would be good to have an audio confirmation as well as visual.
Perhaps it would say '<Employee name> is signed in' or something like that. Or maybe particular sounds could be played - one for sign in, one for sign out. eg open door/close door sounds, or like Windows when signing in/out/failed sign in.
I also think this option should have the ability to be enabled globally or per group/employee for the Kiosk, as it wouldn't work for every situation. Eg some people would get annoyed if it happened for everyone, particularly a receptionist or other customers in a waiting area.
There may be other "accessibility" improvement options which would be useful but this is one that was suggested to me by an employee.

Thank you Barry, our team will look at this to see if we can deliver a viable, easy to configure solution. We do have in development a change to our Alexa integration. This is used by clients to make announcements based on sign in or sign out activity. I will update you once we have a timeline on both of the above.
