Hello Christopher, we do support this now via Custom Questionnaires. In effect you create a Custom Questionnaire for your Visitor sign-in workflow.

I assume it would be a 'Single Choice' question like "Do you wish to include your preferred pronoun" and if the visitor answers 'Yes' the next question would be a 'child' question of the first which would also be a 'Single Choice' answer question but with these options: she/her/hers, he/him/his, or they/them/theirs (as an example).

Once you activate the question you can go to Badge Passes and on the right-hand side of the template badge pass editor and activate 'Custom Question Answer.
Next select the question (the child one in this case) - and SAVE

The badge pass will add the visitor's answer to their badge.

Tips:

Short text, single-choice, multi-choice, and date questions are supported. Answers should be brief, no more than 20 characters.

Note that the size of your label and the fields you've chosen to print will impact the pass layout. Before using it, first sign in a test guest to make sure it is printing clearly.
