  1. There have been occasions contractors have logged into OnLocation and their badge has not been printed. Reprint would be such a great option rather than logging out and back in
    This option would also assist with contractors logging in on the GR Code away from the printer, or replacing damaged badges

    You can manually print passes from the Sign In/Out manager area of the OnLocation web application by pressing the 'sign out' button to view the list of contractors who are currently signed in.

  2. Could be as simple as adding USPS as a visitor? or a daily updated "yes" or "no" in the "On-Site Insights" section? This would save many pointless trips to the mailroom, and lobby staff would probably appreciate not being questioned constantly.

    Hi Matt,

    We have a feature for managing deliveries on kiosks and sign in/out manager.

    When the USPS agent arrives they can sign in the delivery and a notification will be sent to whoever you specify.

  3. When searching for an employee in an Organization with multiple Locations, it would be really beneficial to be able to search for the employee across the whole Organization without having to search each Location individually

    From the home screen you can use the 'Search People' function to search globally.

    From anywhere is the app if you press the search icon in the top menu you can search for any feature, page, setting or person across all locations.

  4. in the main app or mobile app be able to summon or dispatch First aid responders or Spill responders to a location. Those individuals would have that role "first aid" or "spill response" and once activated they would get a text telling them "First aid" or "spill" with a location.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    You should already be able to achieve this using Employee Role Types and Important Notices/Instant messages. If you create new employee role types for spill response and first aid and assign those roles to the relevant employees, you can then create an instant message type important notice and choose employees with the selected role type as the audience. This will send your message directly to any employees at the location with the matching role type.

  5. Please don't show all employees when doing an evacuation. We have about 60 employees on site at a time but on-evac will show about 1,000 people. It bogs down the evacuation and crashed it the last time we did it.

  6. Currently the filters are very limited on the Contractors view. I need to FILTER contractors by Organizational Role (eg Contracts Owner). Also for Role No if this is easy.

    Thanks for reaching out. You can access advanced filters by clicking the 'filter' icon next to the search bar, this will allow you to filter by Role Type. Please reach out to support if this is not working for you.

  7. It would be advantageous to be able to view employees in a particular department who have certifications with impending expiry dates. This would allow training personnel to schedule department-specific training for that certification.

  8. Suggestion from customer account:

    Customer would like to have an option for a limited user role where an admin/user can only pre-register visitors. The customer expressed that they would not like these personnel to have access to Sign In/Out Manager due to security concerns. The client has attempted using other pre-registration methods but have run into issues with the location populating correctly if the office address isn't entered as an exact match.

    Hi Amanda,

    All employees are able to pre-register visitors via the 'My Visitors' area even without additional user roles as long as they have been given access to log into the system.

    If you enable the 'Host Selection' question for visitor pre-registration, then an employee can pre-register visitors on behalf of another employee by entering that employee as the host when creating a pre-registered visitor.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    You can achieve this using triggers. If you create a trigger using the 'Time - Triggered at a specific time' event and set it to 'after operating hours' or to the specific time you require you can automate this message. When configuring the trigger message you can add a list of Employees/Visitors/Contractors on-site as part of the location placeholders.

  10. Is there a plan in the future to have a READ only access to the portal for employees and their profile. Eg. Employees can log in and see their profile including certs and inductions but not be able to edit anything? Looks like there is only EDIT or nothing.

  12. Instead of having to create a member for insurance notification emails and allocating them as the insurance policy holder, add an email field to the contractor information for insurance notification emails.
    Best policy is to use a generic email address so that if an employee leaves, the organisation will still receive the insurance notification. We are creating a fake member for 95% of our organisations and adding them as the policy holder.

    This feature already exists.

    When you are adding an insurance policy to an organization, on the Notification Recipients page you can uncheck the 'use default settings' box and add the generic email address for that organization to the 'send to this non-employee' field.
