Induction - Version Control/Tracking
The ability to view previous versions of an induction would be great. The module already collects employee information on what version was completed - but no option to view archived/previous versions of the induction. This would be important when checking records after an incident. Major and minor versions would help decided if the changes need to be communicated to all employees.

Not being able to access the old version of induction modules has been found as a major non-conformance in our recent audit. As a work around, we will have to clone the old version to establish a new version. This will put the great versioning function obsolete, also this would create multiple induction courses with duplicating data and hard to navigate.

Great idea Brodie, I will leave this open for votes and feedback but I will take this to the UserVoice review team next week to assess for viability. It may be a function that we can't support but it may be possible to turn a course into a PDF when archived or when its version changes. At least that way you have a history of each version.
