Sign in options

Sign in page change from Visitor and Service provider to Visiting, working and employee to save confusion on what button to use to sign in

Hello Nick,

The sign-in option labels on kiosks are only default names. Those defaults today are:

1) Visitor
2) Contractor
3) Employee

However; you can rename these if you are an Administrator.
Simply login from your own PC to OnLocation. Using the upper toolbar menu select 'Locations' and then 'Sign In/Out Kiosks'. Next select the green 'View' button found alongside the respective kiosk. This opens your Kiosk settings and layout options. Select the 'Layout' tab and scroll down to where you can rename the above names.

It is not uncommon for our user community to rename Visitor to 'Guest' or Contractor to 'Suppliers' or Employee to 'Staff'.
