Contractor self-registration
It would be useful if new contractors could self-register on the kiosk when they arrive at our location for the first time. This will speed up the onboarding process and cut down on admin.

watchlist for Contractors to stop contractors signing in as visitors
Currently the only way to build a watchlist is manually, if you have thousands of contractors this is not possible. Can we have one of the following?
1/ OnLocation creates the ability for automatically adding contractors to a watch list once the contractor is created.
2/ OnLocation makes available Watchlists through the API - This would allow customers to build a simple automation to add contractors to the watchlist as they are added as a member.

Employee Inactive Option
The option to make an ex employee inactive. Currently the only option is to delete them, once an employee is deleted all Reporting history searches for this person gaining access to the site is removed as well as any history of their qualifications and editing history.

More and more work is being completed with the API, This request is to ask for the API to include Triggers. With the ability to access triggers and trigger ID and name of the trigger we will be able to assist more customers, particularly those customers that have 20 to 30 triggers per location across 50 plus locations.

Location to be included as a column via the Certification report
The ability to include 'location' as a column so that when they export the report, they can see the location the person is from 😊

More flexible options for induction notifications
More flexible options for induction notifications. The ability to set notification options per induction instead of for all inductions. The ability to receive fail notifications only, instead of both pass and fail notifications. This would cut down on the number of emails we receive - we only need to know if there's been a problem.

Contractor Documentation
We use “insurance” under Service Providers to store not only the insurances the providers should have contracted in order to work with us, but also to register other legal documents required by law when doing business with us. This information are company (not individual) certifications. Some examples: A legal certification of a company to do high rise window cleaning or a lega certification of a heat generators maintenance company to perform works on this kind of equipment, etc. My suggestion, is to extend/modify the concept of Insurance not only to insurances policy but also to other “company qualifications”, or more…

Create and Induction training for Visitor similar to Contractors.
This will allow visitors to complete any site required training before arriving on site. Also have retraining (expiration) date so that they can retake it annually.

Change branding on selected Kiosk's simultaneously.
We change our background image on 21 kiosks every month. Currently I have to change each one individually. I'd love to be able to do a Global change - much like there are now Global Questions. Same for other branding / colours, fonts etc

New/better platform for building inductions
I'm really struggling to use the current tool for building inductions. It's difficult to resize images without them disappearing altogether; difficult to move blocks around - sometimes the "drop" highlight comes up, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried on different PCs but the tool behaves in the same way regardless. It's hard to get my induction to look professional with such a finicky tool. I'm surprised there are no other suggestions for a revamped tool in here.

Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out
We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

View Contractor profile direct from member profile
When in a contractor profile, you can view the members with one click, and then click on a desired member to view their profile. It would be great if you could do this moving the opposite way as well. So that when you are in a member's profile, you click to see the organisation and then click on that to view the profile, instead of having to go back to the organisations list and searching for it.

Print a QR code or barcode and assign it to an asset (keys) then assign to visitor
Ability to be able to print and assign a QR code or barcode, then assign it to a key or swipe card permanently as an asset. Then scan the barcode/QR code on the key tag and assign it to a visitor/contractor. This will cut down on signing in/out keys by hand in a book.

Onpass customization
We would love it if the order of the Onpass invitation could be changed so that the QR code appears at the top. That way, users can quickly log in from their phones. We hope you will consider this possibility.4 votesThank you Henrik for you submission. This is a great idea and would certainly streamline sign-in for OnPass Users. We will add this to our roadmap as its a simple design change however we will also leave it open for votes to ascertain priority as we do have a full roadmap until end of Q1, 2025.

Allow selection of all locations in a group when running a people presence report
We have multiple groups in our business and each of the groups have multiple locations. Currently you are not able to select all (or multiple) locations in a group when running a people presence report. If this function could be added it would be easier than running multiple reports.

onevac kiosk
Would be nice to have an additional interface to verify people rapidly during an evac. Like one of the in/out kiosk but with a quick "verify" when you scan a card (We use rfid reader and all our mill employee have their card on them)

Evacuation
The message that goes out when an evacuation is triggered and asks the person if they are SAFE, could we include additional options like "Not Safe" and "Need Assistance"
