  1. It would be useful if new contractors could self-register on the kiosk when they arrive at our location for the first time. This will speed up the onboarding process and cut down on admin.

  2. The ability to pre-register contractors, we have the ability for pre-registering visitors, but it doesn't include contractors. This functionality would be a valuable improvement - it will give
    Improved security: We would be able to track who is expected to attend the site, which would help to improve security.
    The ability to confirm all requirements Insurances, Inductions etc are up to date BEFORE they attend site & are denied entry causing reactionary work

  3. Currently the only way to build a watchlist is manually, if you have thousands of contractors this is not possible. Can we have one of the following?

    1/ OnLocation creates the ability for automatically adding contractors to a watch list once the contractor is created.

    2/ OnLocation makes available Watchlists through the API - This would allow customers to build a simple automation to add contractors to the watchlist as they are added as a member.

  4. I'm really struggling to use the current tool for building inductions. It's difficult to resize images without them disappearing altogether; difficult to move blocks around - sometimes the "drop" highlight comes up, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried on different PCs but the tool behaves in the same way regardless. It's hard to get my induction to look professional with such a finicky tool. I'm surprised there are no other suggestions for a revamped tool in here.

    Thanks for your feedback. We have had a number of requests to improve the induction builder. We'll open this up to votes from the wider community and to gather feedback on potential improvements.

  5. More flexible options for induction notifications. The ability to set notification options per induction instead of for all inductions. The ability to receive fail notifications only, instead of both pass and fail notifications. This would cut down on the number of emails we receive - we only need to know if there's been a problem.

  6. More and more work is being completed with the API, This request is to ask for the API to include Triggers. With the ability to access triggers and trigger ID and name of the trigger we will be able to assist more customers, particularly those customers that have 20 to 30 triggers per location across 50 plus locations.

  7. We change our background image on 21 kiosks every month. Currently I have to change each one individually. I'd love to be able to do a Global change - much like there are now Global Questions. Same for other branding / colours, fonts etc

We use “insurance” under Service Providers to store not only the insurances the providers should have contracted in order to work with us, but also to register other legal documents required by law when doing business with us. This information are company (not individual) certifications. Some examples: A legal certification of a company to do high rise window cleaning or a lega certification of a heat generators maintenance company to perform works on this kind of equipment, etc. My suggestion, is to extend/modify the concept of Insurance not only to insurances policy but also to other “company qualifications”, or more…

  9. This will allow visitors to complete any site required training before arriving on site. Also have retraining (expiration) date so that they can retake it annually.

  11. When in a contractor profile, you can view the members with one click, and then click on a desired member to view their profile. It would be great if you could do this moving the opposite way as well. So that when you are in a member's profile, you click to see the organisation and then click on that to view the profile, instead of having to go back to the organisations list and searching for it.

  12. We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

  13. Once an evacuation is triggered with OnEvac, all API integration to OnEvac, so access control points can be configured, allowing employees and contractors to tap at the evacuation access point, and this automatically, through the API, sets them to "safe" in OnEvac.

  14. The ability for those with Contractor Manager "Manager" User Role to be able to run Insurance reports - currently only a Contractor Manager "Administrator" role is able to run insurance reports

    This feature would benefit our Contractor Managers greatly, as they would be able to run insurance reports for their respective sites without giving them access to a lot of Contractor Settings.

  15. Customers are requesting more control over the induction experience. Two enhancements are proposed:

    1. Making the “Getting Started” tutorial video optional (Induction Kiosk only).

    2. Allowing the completion message to be editable for all induction courses, regardless of whether they are completed on the Kiosk or online.

    Current Behaviour
    A. Induction Kiosk Only
    Before an induction begins, users must go through three mandatory steps:

    a.1. Check your Profile
    b.2. Check your Organization
    c.3. Getting Started Video – “Learn how it works”
    c.4. The video step cannot be disabled.

    B. All Induction Completion Flows (Kiosk + Online)

    Once a user completes an induction…

  16. When a SOS alert is activated and lets say we have 3 set responders it would be good to see that someone has responded so the other 2 don't keep trying to reach out and that a responder is then allocated that Alert and can deactivate it.
    At the moment you have no record or who responded to the alert at all.
    Would also be good to see communication within an app between SOS alert activator and responders - similar to what is available within the OnEvac App

    We will bring this to the development team to investigate how we can improve our SOS feature. We treat an SOS as an emergency where it is preferable to double-handle, but empowering SOS responders to mark the incident as resolved, and improving reporting on SOS events are great suggestions.

    We would love it if the order of the Onpass invitation could be changed so that the QR code appears at the top. That way, users can quickly log in from their phones. We hope you will consider this possibility.

    Thank you Henrik for you submission. This is a great idea and would certainly streamline sign-in for OnPass Users. We will add this to our roadmap as its a simple design change however we will also leave it open for votes to ascertain priority as we do have a full roadmap until end of Q1, 2025.

  18. Ability to be able to print and assign a QR code or barcode, then assign it to a key or swipe card permanently as an asset. Then scan the barcode/QR code on the key tag and assign it to a visitor/contractor. This will cut down on signing in/out keys by hand in a book.

  20. The Induction Kiosk poster with a QR code to complete the induction is great. However, at the moment new contractors who have a pending status cannot log in using the poster. It would be great if contractors with a pending status could sign in using the induction poster, complete the induction and then have the status update to active.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    We will open this up for votes as it would be a significant change to the logic around how Contractors statuses work.

    In the mean-time - if you use the 'Deny Access When - expires' setting for your induction courses then Contractors who arrive on site will not be able to sign in until then have completed the induction. That way you can set the status of any contractors who are ready to come on site to 'active' as soon as their profiles are complete and your are ready for them to begin work.
