Add a Multiple Visitor easier
Please add "Save and ADD NEW" button.
With current solution if you add multiple visitors you need to click three (3) times to get back to to adding a new. Doing this with 10 - 40 people is very time consuming.2 votesHi Michael,

Print badge at Interzones
It would be valuable to be able to print badges at Interzones so security can identify visitors who have not checked into an Interzone after the initial guardhouse sign in.

Email reply to On Pass and/or questionnaire
We have visitors that reply to either the OnPass or the pre-registration questionnaire, however both go to msg@whosonlocation which appears to either go nowhere or is unmanaged. It would be ideal to have the reply come to a specific email address within the company instead.
On the actual OnPass, there is no statement that says NOT to reply - such a statement IS shown as being on the OnPass in your Help section. There is a "do not reply" statement on the questionnaire.

Total visitor number per location in people presence reports
Suggestion from customer account:
It would be beneficial to view the cumulative number of visitors on a given day across all sites within the People Presence report. The infographic shows a good view of the cumulative number of visitors at a single site on a given day, however, the report view only gives a very detailed look. It is a highly manual process in Excel to show the cumulative number of visitors on a given day/month across multiple locations.

New trigger placeholder for pre-registered visitors "match.expected_sign_in"
"match.expectedsignin" is not currently available in our placeholder list. This will be useful to create a trigger when a new pre-registration is done,

Induction poster contractor sign in
The Induction Kiosk poster with a QR code to complete the induction is great. However, at the moment new contractors who have a pending status cannot log in using the poster. It would be great if contractors with a pending status could sign in using the induction poster, complete the induction and then have the status update to active.

We will open this up for votes as it would be a significant change to the logic around how Contractors statuses work.
In the mean-time - if you use the 'Deny Access When - expires' setting for your induction courses then Contractors who arrive on site will not be able to sign in until then have completed the induction. That way you can set the status of any contractors who are ready to come on site to 'active' as soon as their profiles are complete and your are ready for them to begin work.

Dashboard Filters
It would be useful to be able to filter Zones on the Dashboards, so a screen can be placed near a sign-in point and only show staff/contractors signed into that Zone, not a whole site.

Employee Inactive Option
The option to make an ex employee inactive. Currently the only option is to delete them, once an employee is deleted all Reporting history searches for this person gaining access to the site is removed as well as any history of their qualifications and editing history.

watchlist for Contractors to stop contractors signing in as visitors
Currently the only way to build a watchlist is manually, if you have thousands of contractors this is not possible. Can we have one of the following?
1/ OnLocation creates the ability for automatically adding contractors to a watch list once the contractor is created.
2/ OnLocation makes available Watchlists through the API - This would allow customers to build a simple automation to add contractors to the watchlist as they are added as a member.

ID scanning Mobile/Tablet all in one
Would be beneficial for registering visitors and scanning their license in an all in one app. As of now you have to register the visitor on either the web browser/app, then open the OnScan app to scan the ID. Having it built into the OnScan app to register and scan ID will increase efficiency, especially when registering truck drivers with a tablet.

New/better platform for building inductions
I'm really struggling to use the current tool for building inductions. It's difficult to resize images without them disappearing altogether; difficult to move blocks around - sometimes the "drop" highlight comes up, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried on different PCs but the tool behaves in the same way regardless. It's hard to get my induction to look professional with such a finicky tool. I'm surprised there are no other suggestions for a revamped tool in here.

More and more work is being completed with the API, This request is to ask for the API to include Triggers. With the ability to access triggers and trigger ID and name of the trigger we will be able to assist more customers, particularly those customers that have 20 to 30 triggers per location across 50 plus locations.

Signin/signout Method Notification.
Sign in/out method notification. To be able to alert the host what method the visitor used to sign in/out. As we have a high volume of visitors for security reasons to know who has to be signed out manually.

Thanks for your input. We will open this up to the community for votes. In the meantime, I would like to share a suggestion. If you enable the 'Zone Selection' basic question for visitors and tick 'host notification' then the visitor arrival notification should include the name of the access point the visitor signed in through. If your kiosks each use a different access point you will know exactly which one they used. Hope that helps.

Contracts Trigger - Deny access if contractor org has no contract
Create a new trigger rule that can detect if a contractor organization has no contract on file.
Current triggers only work if an organization has a contract - we need to deny access if there is no contract or if all contracts are expired/not valid/not active/etc.
It might also make sense to add contract "types", so that be used by a trigger as well. For example, if no "Contract Type A" exists or is expired, deny entry and send an email.

Alcolizer randomisation
We already have an integration fro Alcolizer, I have asked multiple times over the past 6 years to allow randomisation to apply. Currently we can only breath test every person, customers are asking for and some of our competitors already have the ability to randomize who needs to complete a breath test. The ability for the customer to set some rules like every contractor must do 3 breath tests a year or 45% of contractors and 20% of employees must complete a breath test in a 12 month period.

Expected arrival function for offsite employees at appointments
I want Team Leaders to be able to check if an employee has completed an appointment offsite in the time expected. e.g. other employee tracking apps allow the employee to load expected time at appointment offsite, if they don't check in by x time their team leader gets a prompt to check in. The team leader will need to be different for employees in different teams. It needs to work offsite- e.g. bob goes to see client offsite at 4pm, expected to finish at 5pm, he goes straight home after. Team leader gets a prompt to check in at 5.15…

Mobile SOS choose who receives for different employees
If a staff member uses the SOS on their mobile their message should go to their team leader but at the moment I can only choose generic people to respond regardless of who presses SOS. I would like to be able to choose who gets it- as well as require at least 1 or 2 people who always get it.
