  1. Ownership area at top of statements is far too large, which creates one line on a second page with balance brought forward, which is a waste of paper, and ownership area doesn't match with window envelopes when folded. REST statements showed property managers name, PT statements do not. I believe this is a template issue.

  2. When we send out mail merge email to owners/ tenant, please let the owner/tenant reply to the communication inbox instead of log in to portal.

    We're pleased to announce that all emails sent to your Portal Contacts will be sent as emails, and those contacts can reply to your emails! No more having to login to the Portals to reply! If you are using the communication platform, then those replies will come into your Property Tree inbox. If you aren't using the Communications Platform, then those replies will go to your external email inbox. You will still be able to send a Portal message, as will your Portal contacts, however the amount of portal messages will decrease as the primary form of communication is now emails.

  3. Would be great to be able to sort through compliance by next service due date. Currently we can only sort by subscription end date.

  4. When a change of ownership is completed we would like a report saved that has all of the key information - funds transferred between owners, fees entered, what else transferred and who completed the change of ownership

    Upon completion of a change of ownership, a change of ownership report is generated for the user to print. A copy of the report is also saved in the documents tab of the old and new property profiles.

  5. Inspection Express can currently push leases but not authorities, having these authorities push back into PT would be very advantageous for our office - Inspection Express advised they would love to do this but it depends what access we have via the API.

    We've now completed and released the API for ownership documents to be uploaded into Property Tree. Inspection Express are aware of this new capability, and are in the process of enabling additional documents to be sent to Property Tree via their platform.

  7. Would like more than 4 invoice arrear triggers. Rent arrears allows up to 28 and invoice arrears only allows 4 which does not make sense.

  8. We have recently started using VaultRE and they will integrate any programs into their system, they have all the features for property management and it would be great if you can integrate with them so I don't need to manually add and I can go to 1 place for all our agencies services

  9. Once our tenant download has processed, we have to go and manually receipt all the rejected items, is there a way we can finish this process in one screen rather than haven't to navigate away?

    Tenant download has been enhanced to support receipting of items that require manual intervention  straight from the page, allowing users to work through the list and receipt of the items. Receipted  items via tenant download do not require reconciliation.

  10. Ability to filter and search like other areas by agent, tags, management type etc

  13. I had a tenancy with a duplicate contact. I deleted one contact which happened to be the contact attached to the direct debit. I think there should be a pop up notification to let you know the direct debit will be deleted along with the contact.

  14. Now we are trying to keep all emails in Property Tree, it is critical that we are able to send emails of all lengths, including those with more than 4000 characters. We currently can't send an email greater than 4000 characters!

  15. We'd like to be able to update profile tags in bulks, at the moment we have to go into each individual profile to do this. Would be much easier to do this in a list format

  16. Ability to generate a report with owner, property, tenant and property manager on one report

    The May release included new Reporting and Data Extraction Capabilities delivered through Property Tree Business Insights. It will be available to all Property Tree Customers at no additional cost. 

    The capability allows a User with access (which is to be granted by a company Administrator) to do the following: 

    • Select fields needed 

    • Set required filters 

    • Save the mentioned above Custom Data configuration/Report for further use • Rename Custom Report or Save As a new Report 

    • Extract the Data 

    The new capabilities will apply to almost all data points related to Property, Ownership, and Tenancy profiles.(Including their Contact and Portal Status).

  17. Currently only Portal messages are received, we want to have the option to be able to have emails come back into PropertyTree as save against the contact rather than our external emails

    The May release introduced the Communication Platform  which brings all email communications back to the original source it was sent from and centralises Tenant, Owner and Agent communications into a single email inbox

  18. I noticed you changed the Creditor Batch Payment to reflect the property addresses, which is great! However the actual creditors are not in alphabetical order, which actually makes it slower to reconcile. If the creditors were in alphabetical order, this would be so much easier and more time efficient
