  1. As with auto comms for up coming routine inspections, auto comms for rent increases just before they are about to commence would be helpful.

  2. It would be extremely helpful in tribunals or regarding any communication discrepancy to have this feature attached to emails sent so you can see whether the recipient has received and opened the email (also including a time and date stamp).

    We're pleased to advise that this feature has been released! You can now see the opened date/time for emails that are sent from Property Tree in the Communications History. This information will appear in the status details column, if you cannot see this column by default, use the three dots menu to select it to appear. Thanks for helping us make this happen.

  3. Multiple SMS for inspections and all communication. Would love to be able to write once for an SMS and send it to all renters at one time instead of having to do it multiple times.

  4. In the new email communications, red underlined spelling mistakes, by right clicking on a spelling mistake it now ask for a link to be added rather than the spelling correction showing up. Please fix this.

  5. We would love to be able to send bulk loads of SMS to selected profiles the same way we can do that with emails. At the moment we can send large volumes of emails in several different ways but the option for SMS isn't there.

  6. It would be helpful to have the portal messages in the same area as the communication platform. Checking and replying to messages in two different areas is confusing and time consuming

    We're pleased to announce that all emails sent to your Portal Contacts will be sent as emails, and those contacts can reply to your emails! No more having to login to the Portals to reply! If you are using the communication platform, then those replies will come into your Property Tree inbox. If you aren't using the Communications Platform, then those replies will go to your external email inbox. You will still be able to send a Portal message, as will your Portal contacts, however the amount of portal messages will decrease as the primary form of communication is now emails.

  7. Send message button leads to a format of number that iphone could not send out sms at all! Pls fix this problem, before updating works ok.

  8. When doing a bulk mail merge, whether email or letter, we want to be able to edit the text before it's sent. Currently it's really time consuming having to alter the template itself prior to the merge and then change the template back again. This is primarily to enter a breach date for arrears

  9. We want to be able to use the auto communications for lease expiry but there is no way to exclude tenants that are not having their lease renewed. Can this be an option so if we have been instructed not to renew the lease, we can suspend the lease expiry communications for that tenant

    We are happy to let you know that this suggestion has been released. When you have the Automated Communications turned on for Lease Expiry: Tenancy and/or Lease Expiry: Owner you will have the option to suspend notices from being sent for individual profiles. This is found in the Tenancy Profile under Lease & Rent > Notices.

  10. Ability to filter automated notices by Residential or Commercial tenancies to set specific communications to send to each tenancy type - ie, arrears, lease end

  13. Have the ability to add an attachment during the bulk email (before sending), this would be helpful so we can have an email template for mail outs that have newsletters attached, or updates to office operations etc

  14. When using MAIL MERGE to send an email (ie not via the standard system email function) the system only allows you to send to the email address of the recipient/s. Would it be possible to be able to have the option to manually add another email address as either a CC or BCC?

    We are pleased to announce that you can now use mail merge templates within the ad hoc emails allowing you to add cc email addresses that are not linked to a Property Tree contact. This sends out one email to all recipients.

  15. We need the ability to have separate automated communications for commercial and residential arrears (like we have the ability to do for automated inspection emails)

    We're pleased to announce that this enhancement has been released! You can now filter Automated Communications for Invoice Arrears, Lease Expiry Tenancy and Lease Expiry Owner by Property Type. You can also now set up to 30 different Invoice Arrears notices and 8 different Lease Expiry Tenancy and Lease Expiry Owner notices.

  16. When we send out mail merge email to owners/ tenant, please let the owner/tenant reply to the communication inbox instead of log in to portal.

  17. Would like more than 4 invoice arrear triggers. Rent arrears allows up to 28 and invoice arrears only allows 4 which does not make sense.

  19. Currently only Portal messages are received, we want to have the option to be able to have emails come back into PropertyTree as save against the contact rather than our external emails

    The May release introduced the Communication Platform  which brings all email communications back to the original source it was sent from and centralises Tenant, Owner and Agent communications into a single email inbox
