note tagging between contacts & properties
When cross referencing buyers to a property, when you leave a note against a contact & tag the property in the note eg. @42 Croanna Street Rye <- then it creates a link. When tagging the property can that then place the note in the properties notes & link back to the contact?

Make accurate notes easier
As a salesperson who likes to use the type of note to filter last contact I would like the system to make it easier for me to select the correct note type - phone, other, etc by putting this on the critical path to making a note on the Contact screen in the CRM. At the moment the note type selection is an afterthought and often forgotten which undermines the effectiveness of the filters based on kind of contact.

Ability to manually trigger project stage commission invoices
As an agency who manages projects, we often want to have commission invoices in the system as soon as we have received the full deposit into trust.
The commission stages are triggered by the entering of sale/unconditional/deposit release/settlement dates - none of which apply to the above. It would be great to have a simple button on each commission payment stage to allow the user to manually create the commission invoice.
The current workaround is to manually enter one of the above dates as today's date (to trigger the invoice creation) and then remove it again which is a lot…

Automatic emails to vendors, buyers and their solicitors with e-contracts.
Once a sales file is marked sold on the system and all the sale details are logged, trigger mail merge emails with a copy of the contract and all relevant sale, deposit, settlement and buyer details that are sent to everyone

First Portal Upload Date
I want to be able to pull a report at the end of each week as to what listings have been uploaded for this first time ‘this week’
I can see ‘First published date’ and ‘Last Portal uploaded date’ but nothing about ‘First portal uploaded date’
Can I please get a new filter for the 'First Portal Upload Date' so I can see when a listing has been uploaded to the portals for the first time?

Gender Selections in Box+Dice need to be more fluid and inclusive
As an agent
I would like a new field in B+D for gender
In order to correctly address a contactAt the moment we can only select male and female genders. This is required to be updated as a lot of people do not identify as either.
Having another field available to select, will help the agent to correctly address the contact when they are communicating with them.

Add contact hyperlink or else ID to system alert for 'My Contact'category change due to contact merge
Can a hyperlink or else Contact ID be added to the system email alert triggered when the Consultant for the 'My Contact' category is changed against a Contact, as a result of merging duplicate contacts?
When multiple contacts in the system share the same First and Last name, it’s difficult to determine which merged Contact the auto alert email relates to.
The addition of a Contact hyperlink (or else a Contact ID) to the system email alert would help users to precisely identify which merged Contact the alert relates to.

Re-add ”Keep Informed” note identifier
”Keep Informed” note identifier was removed from V4 in the Notes section of the Contact profile

You can select all notes in order in a buyer register.
So you can easily select all buyers who wanted to be kept informed and call them.

As a user of the Enterprise Importer, I would like my incoming listing to be matched by uniqueID as a priority over property address
When a listing is uploaded to Box+Dice, the current Enterprise Importer logic is as follows:
Find a Property from a XML file by its address (doesn't support lot numbers).
Update the Property information (if something changed, e.g. beds/baths, house/land sizes, etc).
Find a Sales Listing by uniqueID. If not found - try to find it by the Property address (like in step 1).
Update the Sales Listing information (e.g. prices, office, external reference ID, etc).
This can (and has) caused issues in a multi-office/office group system environment.

With the increase in support of Property Management in Box+Dice, users are starting to look at setting up alerts and loyalty campaigns which reference consultants on Rental Appraisals and Rental Listings.
Currently, only consultants related to Sales Appraisals & Listings can be used.
The currently available Role 'Appraisal Activity Consultant' refers only to Sales AppraisalsOutcome
Provide functionality to allow use of 'Rental Appraisal Activity Consultant' and 'Rental Listing Activity Consultant' Roles with Loyalty Campaigns.

As a Sales Manager, I would like the ability to set a default task type to improve my reporting accuracy
Client has a problem with reporting on task type and believes that if they were able to change the default Task Type to Phone (instead of generic 'Task') this would go a long way to helping behaviour change in their business.
The largest proportion of entered tasks are to be phone calls, so they would like to be able to set this as a default task type when a new task is created. Many admin staff will fail to set the correct task type when doing so, and most agents will not change the task type when completing the task.

As an agent or database manager, I would like to be able to search for contacts who have had certain previous communications, for example to check whether the correct people had it sent to them, follow up, etc.
Desirable filters would include:
which agent(s) sent the communication
the type of communication (Letter, SMS, Email, Blast Email, history note)
a date range for the communication
text matching for the title/content of the communication

As a fanatical database manager, I would like to be able to search for properties based on property details filters, even if it has never be
Examples of use cases
The client has imported or inherited data, and wants to tidy it up. He wants to clean up the list of available custom Property Features, but cannot remove any which are already applied to properties. He has no way to find those properties to remove those unwanted features except by checking them all individually.
The client wants to prospect his Owned properties (which may not actually be listed) for certain criteria as he has a very keen buyer looking for something specific.
Please onsider a way to provide this search functionality

Task Manager Feedback - As a user of the Task Manager, I would like related contacts or properties to be suggested when creating a task
When creating a new task, the property drop down menu shows random properties, not related to the contact, you have to search for the property, it would be ideal if the properties related to the contact showed in the drop down (and vice-versa).

As an Admin user, I want my Deposit Balance Date Reached auto alert to let me include the details of the Purchaser who must be contacted reg
'Deposit Balance Day Reached' however there are no 'fields available' for the Purchaser - only the Vendor.
As payment must be obtained from the Purchaser, and these details are available for other triggers, I would like these to be added:[Purchaser Address]
