  3. At the moment there is only the ability to filter Buyer Leads by contract requested and offer made as per below.

    It would be good to be able to add additional filters like:

    1. Requested or Sent Building and Pest Inspection Report

    2. Requested or Sent Due Diligence Information

    3. Registered for Auction

    4. Requested or Sent EOI/Tender Offer Form

  4. As an Admin user

    I would like to be able to allow Staff (Open) and Staff (Office) to edit the Solicitor/Conveyancer Information without being able to edit any other information in the listing

    Business Case:

    Only Admins should be allowed to edit Listing Information, to ensure the Listing Information posted online is compliant.

  5. As an Admin user

    I would like to be able to have an Auto Alert for inspections added to the listing

    Business Case:

    Staff users currently add the inspection to the listing but do not have the ability to portal load the listing. Once they have loaded the inspections to the listings they need to send that information manually to an Admin for the Admin to load the listing to the portals.

    Having an Auto Alert that does this automatically would be beneficial to the staff users and Admins, as they would be alerted as soon as it happens

  6. As an agent I would like the option to be able to mark a contact as Do Not Contact, where we can retain all the information but they will be exempt from Email and SMS transactions both business and marketing.

    This would be similar to marking the contact as deceased. If the same email and mobile are used in another contact and they match as a duplicate the same "Do Not Contact" tag should apply to them.

    As a client

    given the very popular and regular practice of agents providing Links to Pest and building Reports in much the same way as we do contracts of sale I suggest it is time Box N Dice added this option and functionality on the system.

    So we can simply click a “SEND P and B” button and it will send the link and record that they have been sent a Pest and Building. In this way you can also search buyers who have Purchased a Pest and building report.

  8. The ‘Matching Criteria’ modal and filtering currently does not include the ability to filter results by Property Area.

    Having the additional option to exclude or include contacts based off a 'property area' filter in the ‘Matching Criteria’ seems like a worthwhile enhancement.

    To be able to correctly use this feature when Property Area(s) have been added with buyer matching criteria, there could be an additional option added to enable filtering by ‘Property Areas’ (to function the same way as the ‘Suburb’ option).

  9. realestate.co.nz has recently launched the ability for agents to claim their sold listings on the website, and while they can do this manually at present, this sold data can now be sent to them directly via the API.

    The new listing status transition endpoint allows to update the listing status while providing additional information to claim the sale for the agent.

    Where would this data appear?

    The sold listing data will appear on the property valuation pages. They currently display CV data, sales history, and the estimated market value on this page.

  10. We have people who require access to the Sales Details screen, which also gives them access to the commissions screen. Ideally they don't want other to see everyone's Commissions, that screen should just be for Managers and Admins

    Is it possible to separate out the Commissions Tab so this can be locked and only viewable to people with access to Commission information

  12. When searching for Matching Criteria for a Rental Contact, the columns available have Price From and Price To.

    When wanting to know a contacts Rental price to and from it would be benefical if we can see this in this screen

    Solution:
    Rename this to Sale Price From & Sale Price To and add two more columns for Rental Price From & Rental Price To?

  15. Ability to mark a buyer as an Owner Occupier or Investor by ticking boxes when adding their name and contact details rather than scrolling the client category list, a buyer will immediately fall into one of these two categories so would make an agent's life easier at an open.

  16. When creating an email report to send to the vendor, you cannot add any other recipients besides the preset vendor(s). Agents want to do this to keep each other updated when working in a team. This can be done when sending any other email from the App. (and add in any other reasons or arguments, etc)

  17. As an agent, I would like to have my own individual SMS account independent of the office account.

    Some offices restrict or don't allow an SMS account for various reasons, however individual agents still want to use this facility. Being able to have an SMS account for an individual consultant would give them the tool they want, which they can be solely responsible for paying for, while still respecting the restrictions put in place by the office admin.

  18. When any special conditions are added to a sale, they have a Due Date field. It would be great to also have a Satisfied Date field, to record when this condition was actually satisfied in the case it was not by the due date.

  19. It would be handy if once you added a relationship type to one person, that the other person's relationship be automatically prefilled based on what has been selected. (With the ability to manually override)

    For example 'Husband' > prefill 'Wife'; 'Partner' > prefill 'Partner'

  20. At present the payment reference generated when using ABA files uses the Solicitor Reference field for the details.

    Whilst this works well for payments to Solicitors, it results in the same reference number being used for payments to other parties (including the agency) which can be confusing to the recipient as the Solicitor's reference number is often a not easily identifiable set of numbers and/or letters.

    It also means the user has to go back to the Listing Information screen to keep changing the Solicitor Reference every time an ABA file is generated for the property if they want the…
