  1. Our auditor has requested that we name our ledgers to include the address and vendor name, but when they are an Estate of *** or Power of Attorney these can be very long and will not fit in the current 50 character limit.

  2. As a PA who needs to produce dozens of letters each week for completing sales (amongst other things), I would like to be able to select all such Letter Tasks within a certain timeframe, and bulk print them all at once.

  3. As a marketing or database manager, our agents must seek approval when sending a blast email to a larger group of contacts, to ensure they are sending appropriate messaging to the right recipients, and not accidentally spamming our entire database.

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to view what contact filtering the agent used while I am viewing the pending blast email, so that I can easily identify whether they have done so correctly. Just knowing the total number of recipients will only help me so much.

  4. As an agent who regularly contacts my client database and adds notes to their timelines, I find I am often entering the same note text over and over again for similar scenarios.

    I would like to be able to configure my own custom list of common Notes so I can choose one from a drop-down list rather than have to type it out in full.

    Similar in function to how I can select the note type from a drop-down list, however I want to be able to configure the list myself as I can for Sources.

  5. Would it be possible to have the legal name of a contact pull through as the name listed on all documents generated - ie account sale reports, instead of just the general letters.

    Otherwise just the client 'name' appears which may not be sufficient for accounting / legal purposes on all documents.

    You do not always need to input a legal name, however when you do it is often because it is required. And you would want this legal name to pull through to all documents relating to this client/sale.

  6. Would it be possible to implement a way to easily identify buyers who have attended more than one inspection at a property?

    Currently you can only filter to see those buyers who have attended at least one of any selection of past OFI dates.

  7. Could it be considered to allow a user with the necessary access permissions to select which offices a Category should be made visible to?

    In databases where there are multiple offices linked to the same database, it is a common issue to find either:

    a) a large number of categories in use as the different offices want/need different categories to be able to group their clients effectively

    b) a number 'X' categories that need to be used to keep the total number of categories down (for example, one office will use a category called X-1 to indicate their Bayside Newsletter…

  8. In the Properties tab, there is a tag to show when a sale price has been marked as Undisclosed. This is also present when viewing the main listing screen.

    This should also show when including the SALE PRICE column in the Sales Listings tab, so that users will not unknowingly reveal an undisclosed sale price to a client.

  11. The Solicitor Reference field is inserted into each transaction when creating an ABA file for upload to the bank, and will then appear on the recipient's bank statement.
    It would be great to be able to enter this field when processing a Stakeholder Payout (at the point they are entering the solicitor's bank account details); saving time not having to go back to the Listing Information screen if a solicitor reference number is provided.

  13. Would it be possible to be able to view, sort and filter in the Buyer Register those buyers who have 'engaged' with a listing; meaning buyers who have clicked on the listing from a Blast email.

    This would allow agents to see which buyers have been introduced to the property from their database and also re-target those buyers and gauge their interest in the property based on the number of times the property is clicked on from the Blast email(s).

  15. When entering a tiered commission structure, the system generated description uses a hyphen symbol to separate each tier. If there are only 2 tiers, this makes the description read as if the second tier is being subtracted from the first.

    For example:
    2% up to $500,000 - 2.5000% on anything above $500,000 inc. GST

    Could the symbol be changed to something else, perhaps a comma, so there is less potential for confusion?

  18. At present we do a weekly blast to all our database with a list of all the properties we have listed sold etc. Unfortunately if a property is for sale it's visible and if it's sold or unconditional its visible but not if it's under offer with the purchasers details inserted. I have been told to hold off on placing the purchasers details in, but then we are unable to receipt their deposit so they must be inserted.

    At the end of the day under offer properties are still visible on all our websites in the for sale areas but…

  20. We would like to have created a Mailchimp integration so new contacts that are added into box and dice automatically flow through to our Mailchimp database.

    Also receive information to have it recorded that the email was sent, replies, capture the data, set audiences, manage and view unsubscribes.
