As a Sales Manager, I would like the ability to set a default task type to improve my reporting accuracy
Client has a problem with reporting on task type and believes that if they were able to change the default Task Type to Phone (instead of generic 'Task') this would go a long way to helping behaviour change in their business.
The largest proportion of entered tasks are to be phone calls, so they would like to be able to set this as a default task type when a new task is created. Many admin staff will fail to set the correct task type when doing so, and most agents will not change the task type when completing the task.
(I'm aware this feature request is a proposed solution rather than just a defined problem. The client would be open to BDM discussion.)
