  2. As an agency which does not use a media vendor application, we would like to be able to produce an advertising booking report so we can easily see what media advertising needs to be booked.
    This would contain all campaign items (and related information) with an Action Date within a certain date range.

  4. There should be capacity to upload a photo to a contact's profile (this is 2021 after all!). We should be able to link social media profiles to a contact and communicate with them via social media links.
    Please allow the functionality of clicking a contact's name to access their details, rather than just their silhouette!

  5. As a user I would like to be able to add multiple funders to a campaign item so I can handle all of the possible splits that my agency may need to allocate.

    E.g. Vendor is paying $500, Office is paying $30 and two Consultants are paying $15 each.

    These splits should all filter through to the commission sheet so they can be allocated against the various funding parties accordingly.

As a user I'd like to be able to enter an amount to be allocated against items when creating a sales receipt rather than having to manipulate individual items to make up an amount being paid by a client (e.g. where a client has paid $1,000 and they are not using trust accounting but the advertising campaign costs $5,000).

  9. When using the Whiteboard missed appraisals report, or using the Sales Appraisals tab to create a custom search report, it is not possible to include the appraisal cancellation date. Could this please be added?

  10. When adding a Sold By Other transaction, we are prompted to enter the Settlement Date. We may not know this information, and would prefer to enter the Sold Date instead. Could an additional field be made available for this, and then the transaction date on the property show whichever is latest?

  11. As an agency that prefers to keep a physical file folder for our sales, we would like an option to print a copy of each accounting-related email that we send out of the system (For example when sending an invoice to a vendor, receipt to a purchaser, account summary to a solicitor).

  12. It would be really helpful if the property screen could show what it was previously actually leased out at or sold for. ie pull the combined figures from all transactions into the one place. That way you get a running track of the sale and rental figures over a time period.

  13. Could we please have the same Advertising Campaign management function that is available for sales listings to be made available for rentals listings? This would be a big step forward for agencies when have rent rolls as there are few other options available for reconciling advertising invoices for rental listings (to keep track of this agency expenditure).

  14. Can we please have an option made available to nominate multiple payees in a pending transaction for a Commission Invoice? This would apply for Conjunctional Sale and/or a Referral scenario where the agency wants to be able to pay the other office/referrer directly from the sales trust account (rather than transferring the full payment to the general account and then paying the conjunctional agent/referrer from their general account).

    Similar functionality is currently available when processing the 'pending payment to client' transaction.

  15. Currently if we have more that 2 agents attending an OFI and want to have this entered into their calendar, we need to either
    - edit each appointment and manually add the extra agents to it
    - create a duplicate OFI and set the OFI reason as 'Property Run'

    It would be great to be able to add as many additional agents as we need into the Inspections modal.

  16. At present, a user can upload photos to a property from the web browser version of B+D; which they would generally do when appraising a property so they have a visual record of the property to refer to later. Now that an agent can appraise a property from the app, it makes sense for them to be able to take a photo via the app and upload it directly to the property; rather than taking photos, downloading them to their computer and then uploading them to the web browser version.

    This functionality will be critical for property management in future…

  17. Can we please have an option to be able to enter building/project details that are applied across all properties are linked to a building?

    For example:

    • Body Corp Details/Manager
    • Amenities
    • # of apartments
    • Known issues
    • Year built
    • # of storeys
    • Car park style/entrance instructions (e.g. stacker or need swipe to enter)
    • Title details (e.g. apartments and car parks/storage on same title or not and also if parking is under a lease arrangement, company title etc etc)

  19. It would be useful to be able to present contacts with the ability to unsubscribe from different types of blast campaigns.
    For example to unsub from a newsletter, but retain subscription to auction reminders and OFI reminders.

    Currently users can only unsubscribe from ALL blast emails.

  20. Being able to add a large number of apartments or units at the same street address is great, however if the apartment number contains a letter this function doesn't work.

    For example: "101-105" works to create 101, 102, 103, 104, 105.
    but there is no way to bulk create G101, G102, G103, G104, G105 all at once.
