  1. Could we please have the Comm Drawn/Received Date added as an option in the Order By field in the Sales Listings search screen? This was previously an option available in the old Listings screen. Thank you.

  2. It seems there are no existing auto-alerts for when the expected settlement date changes or added.

    In line with this, would it be possible to add an auto-alert that would inform us if this happens? Tracking the real-time changes in dates is hard as it prompts us to constantly check the dates on Box and Dice. Also, it would help avoid any discrepancies in both the sale admin and sale agent's end.

    Adding this feature could dramatically change the way we handle loyalties. We might have diarised the previous settlement date and used it in setting up loyalties without knowing…

  3. To have contacts automatically pushed across to activepipe they are required to be in a (My contact) category - meaning they are assigned to an agent.

    Currently box and dice does not automatically do this when an agent adds a new contact to the system

    Therefore we need to manually enter contacts from box & dice to say activepipe.

    I suggest this is reviewed as I feel this is a basic feature the CRM should do when gathering data

  4. Could we please have the CSN field on the invoice template changed to allow us to include our GST number instead. In New Zealand there is a legal requirement to display your GST number on all invoices. We also need the BSB field removed from the accepted payment methods as this is not used in New Zealand.
    This change would allow us to create invoices that are in-line with the legal requirements in New Zealand.

  5. For example, when an auctioneer has been booked for two or more auctions at the same time, it would be great if an alert could be sent to the appropriate parties.

    Currently the calendar allows for them to have two bookings at the same time with no alert or red flag.

  6. Is it possible to have the salutation synch to the mobile for contacts? We put the 'legal' name in as the required first name but may know the contact by another name - this is especially confusing with Chinese contacts - we put their actual name in the first and last name fields but use their 'english' name in salutation.

  7. When receiving a lead capture enquiry we would like the option of having it assigned to both listing agents if there are more than one on the listing.

    The auto-response email should also include both agent names.

  9. The "Actual Unconditional Date" is used as a trigger for some other parts of the system, such as allowing a sold listing to appear in the Sold section of a blast email, or to send through to a media vendor integration partner.
    However it is a manual field which is often overlooked, so it would be helpful to see this information auto populated once the Portal status changes to Sold which would confirm that it is in fact Unconditional.

  10. We would like the ability to capture web enquiries for listings from portals other than just REA and Domain. Especially via our own brands website by adding the Lead Capture email address as a secondary address. This would ensure all client details are captured from any source we choose, not just some, saving our agents from needing to remember to add some email enquires to the system and not others.

  13. When pulling a contact detailed report, it will include only the Notes attached to that person's contact card, plus the name (only) of their related contact(s).
    Is it possible to have the notes from both the contacts pulled in the report - this way any contact that has been made will be visible? This will help if doing calling - all contact that has been made with both of the contacts will be visible - rather than having to check both sides in the system.

  15. It would be really handy to show the postcode for contacts in various screens. such as when you have a contact open & also in your tasks letter list. The reason is for when we're writing hand written cards we can't see the PC & causes us to open the contact then open the edit in order to see the PC.

  16. I would find if very helpful if the companies watermark could be selected to be added to photos from B+D. It will ensure everyone in the company is using the same watermark and it is put in the correct position on the photo. Agent could then also then decide it they require it all photos or just the main photo.

  19. We would like to be able to order the list of Buyer Leads by First Name And Last Name

    Presently we can sort by a number of fields but not the name:

    Use Cases from agent:

    When comparing buyer lists with my colleagues on current interest over the phone for example.

    If we order by (for eg) “interest level” (in out maybe) the list on my screen comes up differently to other users’ screens and when we walk through the list discussing buyers and their interest we can’t see the list laid out the same way.

  20. When filtering in the Contacts screen, are we able to please have a new condition for dates: "over a year ago from today" that would work dynamically, the same way as "last year from today".

    For example; I want to create a favourite search for "Last Phone Note/Task Completed was at least 1 year ago".
    If today is 2022-01-01 I can use the subfilter: Activity Date is less than 2021-01-01 but tomorrow I need to edit my filter and manually change the selected date.
