  2. Prior to Align, buyer leads could be sorted by interest level, last inspection, date added, source, and Most Recently Added Note.

    This can no longer be done for source or Most Recently Added Note.
    It was of great help to be able to sort the buyer list by how recently they have been updated with notes.

  3. With QR codes getting a bit of traction, I was wondering if you had anything in the works to eventually utilize the technology?

    For example, scanning clients QR codes as they enter into an Open For Inspection, ensuring their contact details are up to date etc?

  4. Currently there is no way to report on listings that have a contract or section 32/SOI attached.

    Request to be able to search for files attached to a listing. Or run a report to identify if listing has files attached

    Categories is any of File Attached
    Sub filter
    - file is any of Contract
    - file is any of SOI

  5. When emailing an attachment via B+D the attachment is added as a link to the bottom of the email.
    People are missing the 'attachments' all the time because they don't expect to see them there.

    Putting them at the bottom also risks them being overlooked, given that they are not actual attachments (only links) and there will be no paperclip on the message to signify an attachment.

    Solution:
    Place link at the start of the email, above the salutation, left aligned

  6. After using many CRM systems in the past, the reports section is really important when we are overlooking at the data we hold. Where we need to understand where our enquiry is coming from is extremely important.

    I do think that there needs to be a number next to the source (X came from realestate.com.au, X came from domain.com.au) and a percentage tab.
    This looks more professional, and gives more of a story to the pie chart.

    I do think this should be included and look forward to receiving your feedback.

  7. When viewing the detail of a buyer in the Buyer Leads screen, I want to copy-paste their email address or mobile from this screen to somewhere else. (For example into Outlook)

    However those two lines on this screen cannot be interacted with like virtually all the other text on the screen can. You can neither highlight it nor right-click and copy.

  8. As an admin user I'd like to be able to print sent emails from the contact history in Box+Dice so I can include them in the file.

    This function existed prior to the Align update.

    When you go back to the email in the contact card, you can see the date and time it was sent but not the content. When you open the email you can see the content but not the date and time it was sent.

    A print button is available when you first send the email, but once you close the modal it is never available…

  10. As an Advertising Manager, I need to be able to enable the initial items sync on the listing if it is outside my office.

    At present a user needs to be associated with a staff profile that matches the listing office to be able to enable campaign items downloading from any media vendor. This is contradictory to the existing functionality that allows a user to send a listing to CT for an office other than their own.

    Can we please have the functionality changed to match so that a user can manage CT any media vendor integration for more than…

  12. When you go to the Inspections tab to add multiple property inspections, the first few are okay but if you scroll down the property list, the inspection dates that are at the top of the list, stay at the top of the page and disappear from view as you scroll down.
    Can you make them always show so we don't have to keep checking we're clicking on the correct day?

  13. When sending an email via a Library template, if I want to CC other contacts I can only search them by name. Whereas when sending a standard email I can also search by mobile or email address.

    Often there are several contacts with the same name which makes it very difficult to know if you are selecting the correct contact or not.

  14. Is it possible to add the Email field for buyers into the main list screen?

    The main two ways I communicate with my buyers are by phone and email.
    With both of these fields displayed on the main list I can see at a glance if I am missing either of these key pieces of information, without needing to click into each one by one.

  16. Whilst I realise you can click on a vendor contact to view the Purchaser Activity agent of a Sale - it would be great to have this display on the main property listing page along with the other sales info & listing agents. Then we can easily see if the incorrect agent was selected.

  17. As a user we would like to be able to filter the buyer register more. Currently we are asking bidders to 'register to bid'. It would be great to be able to filter our buyer register list to those bidders who have registered.

    Even going as far as adding a different colour/thumbs up for buyers who have registered to bid, would remove the need we currently face of creating a separate list of buyers who fit this requirement.

  18. We would like to do this in contacts in order to have the ability to blast with Activity type - purchased / purchaser settled based on the actual settlement date.

    We have been advised by Support that the Purchaser/Purchased Activity date corresponds to the date the Sale Activity was entered into the database, and not any of the dates actually entered into the Sale Details area.

    A Purchaser/Purchased Activity has a date range, visible when you edit it from the contact timeline (ie between when the sale is entered through to when settlement is entered). The Contact Activity date filter…

  19. When I have a buyer for a block of units that are probably not for sale, I want to ring all the owners of blocks of units on my system, to see if I can convince them to sell.

    So I need a list of :
    All Owners of Blocks of Units (regardless of if currently for sale or previously sold or not)
    I also want the list to be about the Contact (not the property) - I would like to know Owner name, residential address and phone details.

    Contact filter would therefore be
    Activity Type > is any of…

  20. As a Database Administrator I want to be able to filter Contacts by

    • Looking for is any of Sales (existing)
    • E-Alert Status is any of Enabled (existing)
    • E-Alert Sender is any of [consultant] (requested feature)

    so that I can identify people who were receiving E-Alerts from a departed Consultant and manually reassign those so that the Contacts continue to receive E-Alerts from a person rather than from the default Company sender.
