It seems there are no existing auto-alerts for when the expected settlement date changes or added.

In line with this, would it be possible to add an auto-alert that would inform us if this happens? Tracking the real-time changes in dates is hard as it prompts us to constantly check the dates on Box and Dice. Also, it would help avoid any discrepancies in both the sale admin and sale agent's end.

Adding this feature could dramatically change the way we handle loyalties. We might have diarised the previous settlement date and used it in setting up loyalties without knowing that in the future this date could change. Whereas if are able to receive settlement change notifications, we can adjust our loyalties accordingly.

Furthermore, in instances where a property was marked as sold and has no nominated expected settlement date, it would be great to get us alerted if a date has been added as opposed to manually checking updates on Box and Dice.
