Auto Alert for Inspection Added to Listing
As an Admin user
I would like to be able to have an Auto Alert for inspections added to the listing
Business Case:
Staff users currently add the inspection to the listing but do not have the ability to portal load the listing. Once they have loaded the inspections to the listings they need to send that information manually to an Admin for the Admin to load the listing to the portals.
Having an Auto Alert that does this automatically would be beneficial to the staff users and Admins, as they would be alerted as soon as it happens

We're also wanting this feature. When an Open House is created and the listing is 'Current' it of course shows up on our agency website. It doesn't however then automatically show up via the portals (some agents have access to push to portals, others don't). In addition to this, we then promote the Open House via Social Media and ideally would like to do this automatically at the point the Open House is set. So an alert that does 2 things ... 1) flags that an Open House has been set up as 'Current' and then 2) flags when it has been pushed to portals.
Megan's point is a good one. We do something similar currently where we set 2 Outlook repeating alerts per week (Monday's and Thursday's) to remind us to check our website's Inspections section to see if any have been added tat either haven't been added to social or weren't pushed to portals.
Thanks. -

Working more effeciently is importance to us.
The current workflow for uploading OFI times relies heavily on a company resource to upload all inspection times for the agents.
A few points to note:
- The agent would typically plan their schedule depending on property location, client preference, orientation of property etc.
- Some of our agents would add the time to their diaries & invite their support team to then upload
- Some our agents would then list the open times in an email to their support team member to upload on their behalf (if the list is 10 listings long with different days required this can take some time to complete).
- The support team needs to ensure they push the open time using the media vendor
- Some agents use the sync to outlook, some don'tSolution/ideas:
- Make better use of the inspection section - Could the agents plan their week using this section? Other systems provide functionality to map out the distance between inspections and enter their times this way.
Thank you,
Megan
