  1. When entering a code only and searching all paid under said code, all plans list even if they are not managed.

  3. We request a new field in the Stage drop down menu for “None” under the Quick reports > Lots > Debt Recovery

    This will assist in sorting through owners who may have been missed or excluded from Debt Recovery at a stage of issuing the notices.

  4. We feel as though the annual notice of levies email subject line should read similar as the standard levy notice (noting the plan and lot number its being sent to).

  5. It is becoming more essential to be able to input an additional email for council members. At the moment when emailing council the address is picked up from the committee tab on the corp screen, which in turn picks up the email from the owner screen. This means that if the Chairman changes his email contact to the one created for the chair, all correspondence specific to his lot i.e. Arrears, levy notices etc go to the chairs email address. This is not appropriate as these items are not council business.

If we could have the option to change the merge field for the levy description on the status certificates to read the description entered for said levy rather than the system generated levy period dates. Eg. If we make the due date 10th June 2018 the levy period on the certificate will read the quarter date commencing 10th Jun and not 1st June to 31st Aug
