If we could have the option to change the merge field for the levy description on the status certificates to read the description entered for said levy rather than the system generated levy period dates. Eg. If we make the due date 10th June 2018 the levy period on the certificate will read the quarter date commencing 10th Jun and not 1st June to 31st Aug

Now that we must provide 30 days’ notice, if a new levy year is determined at a meeting held close to the next levy, we have been manually changing the due date for the levy which affects the status certificate period dates.
