  1. Creditor invoices presently is automatically taking fund from the maintenance fund account if there are insufficient in the admin account.
    Having a feature that would prevent this from happening this would then eliminate drawing funds incorrectly from the maintenance fund account when it should have been taken out of the admin account.
    Taking funds out of the maintenance fund with owners’ approval is unacceptable under the Act. Can this be rectified instead of having to go into the building and reserve funds, as this is how l have been informed would help with not touching the Maintenance funds.

  2. Save mail merge letters to FileSmart - Individual Lots automatically or once you exit the letter, have a pop up so you can choose to save it. Similar to what REST does.

  4. Summary report that shows all invoices/transactions issued to all additional debtors in a strata plan - including paid & outstanding invoices.
    At the moment 'Additional debtor balance' only shows the outstanding invoices

  5. Ability when printing individual plan, for all output options to appear for selection. Currently all output options are only available to select when running the report for multiple plans.

  6. Where there are multiple Outlook email accounts configured, would like the ability in SM to define which email account SM uses to send levies etc, instead of using the default email account set in Outlook.

  10. Would like increased formatting options for RTF files. For example, an image is added and centered in the VotingInvitationCoverLetterTemplate.rtf file. When issuing Voting Invitations in Meting Meeting, the image prints out left aligned.

  11. In Version 11 the ability to edit the GST was only added to SINGLE miscellaneous Invoices.
    We need to recoup water charges for buildings with 20+ Lots. Extending the edit ability to MULTIPLE Miscellaneous Invoices would extremely advantageous.

  13. It would be really helpful if we were able to include a column for Group (or Schedule) in the quick report for creditor invoices so we can see which OC that expense was allocated to.

    At the moment the only way to see this is via the Formatted Report for Detailed Expenses (Group).
