  1. Ability to assign/add a assistant or co-ordinator to each building, in addition to the strata manager. Would be great if this could then be an option to be shown on the owner portals with contact details and photo :)

  2. There is currently no merge field for an Owners Corporation Address when using the committee member data source on the mail merge function. This only appears when you select Owner/Lots data source, so when you are sending a mail out to committee members, you cannot merge in the property address, only the strata plan number.

  4. We would like to add our own QR code to our levy notices to allow our overseas owners to pay directly, in particular owners in China. The current code is of no relevance to us here in New Zealand.

  5. When sending a bulk SMS in the communications wizard, I would like to be able to send an SMS to owner occupants (as they don't show up in the tenants section).

    This would be especially helpful in the event of a natural disaster such as a cyclone, in which we would like to advise occupants to remove or tie down personal items on their balconies etc.

    At the moment, in the event of a mass email, it is very time consuming to untick all those owners who do not occupy their unit.

  6. Could the update to insurance policy on the Corp screen be linked to the payment of a policy. This should include the payment date and amount paid. These two fields should then not be able to be edited, except by users with appropriate access.

    We have had an issue with a policy being updated incorrectly which meant the date & amount paid was wrong.

  7. Where parent/sub accounts have been setup, and you are producing the income & expenditure report ticked to include sub accounts, could the income & expenditure report also include the parent account heading for all accounts connected to that parent account.

  9. It would be great to be able to have staff have the ability to filter reminders by their name i.e. who is to action the work. Currently the reminders only bring through the manager and that manager might have 3 or 4 assistants that action work

  11. The ability to untick a report on the global settings (Access to particular reports) but can still show that report for Strata Plans (Reports by plan).
    Currently, if a report is untick on the global settings, it cannot be configured for a particular Strata Plan.

  12. AUTO-PRESENT BPAY PAYMENTS (CBA)
    Currently we are having to manually present BPAY payments the day after transferred. Can become annoying after submitting the BAS payments each quarter

  14. A check box that the staff member can tick to say a diary entry has been actioned or attended to or had something actioned on it for the day - plus the ability to clear those allocations at the end of the day or beginning of the following day.

  17. Owner Current Account, when opened for a part period, does not show monies allocated to levies struck prior to the dates selected.
    This has resulted in Judgement at court being set aside, that the Current Owner Account printed at two years old did not fully explain the Debtors payments.
    We suggest that a notation be on the Owner Current Acount to warn that the report, if not for full period, may not be complete.

  18. Creditor invoices presently is automatically taking fund from the maintenance fund account if there are insufficient in the admin account.
    Having a feature that would prevent this from happening this would then eliminate drawing funds incorrectly from the maintenance fund account when it should have been taken out of the admin account.
    Taking funds out of the maintenance fund with owners’ approval is unacceptable under the Act. Can this be rectified instead of having to go into the building and reserve funds, as this is how l have been informed would help with not touching the Maintenance funds.

  19. Save mail merge letters to FileSmart - Individual Lots automatically or once you exit the letter, have a pop up so you can choose to save it. Similar to what REST does.
