filesmart - invoices loaded through filesmart
When loading invoices through Filesmart - using the workflow process the invoices loaded only shows on Strata when pulled through for payment. It would be good to have the ability to sync filesmart so that it can pick up if an invoice has already been captured into the system through filesmart. There is no ability at present to pick up in the invoice caputure screen if the invoice has already been captured but is sitting in a workflow somewhere.

Email Levy Notices to multiple plans - option to exclude units from receiving the levy notices
Each month / quarter etc, we send levy notices to our clients. Some clients don't want to receive this email. We would like an option where you can set it up in the system where we can tick a box which will ensure that the particular owner wont get the levy notice. Currently there is only the option to set to print or email. We would like an option whilst it is set to email to exclude from email. It must not default to print.

Save diary notes for management fees to File Smart
When invoicing management fees, it would be beneficial to also save the diary notes as well as the invoices to file smart. Some of our BC's require the approval of invoices and request a copy of our diary notes in addition to our invoice. Currently I am separating the invoices from the invoices, scanning and filing to filesmart individually which is very time consuming.

Quick Reports - Insurance; ability to check the plans funds
Often I need pull up Insurance related quick reports, and to try keep ahead of required endorsements for under insured buildings It would be helpful to have an additional column to show the current funds of the plan, and their FYE so that we can advise the manager they will or may fall short in a month or two if they don’t look into raising additional funds and provide time for meetings to be arranged, or that investment accounts be permitted to be drawn against or hold off from non-urgent works for new carpet that can wait 6 months.

When marking people down as present or in attendance, would like a select all option instead of having to manually mark each owner.

GST - Group Reporting
To generate GST reports for Individual group. The current GST summary reports displays the GST payable split but does not give the GST Detailed Report for the Income/Expenditure split for Groups which the accountant requires to prepare the BAS lodgement.

Meeting Master - sych meetings only for a specific user
When a user sync's meetings from SM to Meeting Master, meetings for all users will be sycned to the device. Would like Meeting Master to only sync meetings according to the user who is logged into the app (ie. plans that are only managed by that user/manager).

Corporation Screen - Financials breakdown by Group
Cash at Bank on Corp Screen, currently shows total cash of the whole plan. Would like to see Cash for each group for ease of invoice payments

Interim Reporting - ability to customise
Ability to amend the reports in line with reporting options available through form reports: -Reports for specific periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc) -Comparative period options (prior periods/pro-rate/prior year complete; budget variance; etc). We typically email them directly to them, as it is fulfilling an immediate request for the report. A lot of our clients keep a close eye on the financials. For some clients we are able to fulfill through issuing monthly interim reports, for others we need to manually send the reports each time they request updated copies.

Manual Receipting
Manual Receipt Screen - please add check box option to deselect all invoices levies that are auto-selected when tabbing after the amount is entered . More user friendly where multiple invoice/levy lines are auto selected. User then only needs to make their manual receipt selections.

Please add a restriction amount for spending on the committee tab as per minutes. Similar to the option under the corp>financial tab 'Reserve Funds'.

I would like the ability to sync SM Diary and reminders to Outlook calendar. This would enable ease of viewing not just SM diaries or reminders from the one application.

Filter Creditors by Location/State
There should be the ability to filter/sort creditors by state so staff know which contractors work within that state/region to issue quotes/work orders to.

Maintenance Funds (VIC)
If an OC does not have a Maintenance Fund or levies being raised into a Maintenance/Sinking Fund, invoices should not be able to be allocated to that fund.

Report BMC/NA/CA/PA membership
If you record it, report it: The BMC or Association membership status of Strata Schemes is not reportable.
This information can be critical in many aspects of managing Strata Schemes, including meeting agendas, communications, compliance, insurance, common property maintenance planning, etc.
Please allow this information to be reported with the General information reported (e.g. lots, address, etc.).

Branding for Companies that operate in Different States
It would be ideal for Strata Master to allow branding for different states/office locations to be customised for letterheads. For example, our Office in Victoria has different letter head details/company contact information that our Offices in NSW. This would need to reflect on Financial Reports, Meeting Documents & Levy Notices.
