Interim Reporting - ability to customise
Ability to amend the reports in line with reporting options available through form reports: -Reports for specific periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc) -Comparative period options (prior periods/pro-rate/prior year complete; budget variance; etc). We typically email them directly to them, as it is fulfilling an immediate request for the report. A lot of our clients keep a close eye on the financials. For some clients we are able to fulfill through issuing monthly interim reports, for others we need to manually send the reports each time they request updated copies.
We utilise the manage > interim reporting > owners corporation function. Although, I note for many of our Strata Plans we still need to manually intervene, as they want to review each month the Income/Expenditure as YTD figures, but detailed expenses just for the previous month. We get quite a few requests for greater configuration options for the reports - if committees could do this themselves within the portal this would be a great help.
