File Smart Creditor Invoice screen - more intuitive warning functionality
There is a problem with the display screen with the 3 ticks valid, warnings & invalid. To start if you just put a tick in invalid just to correct the invoices with issues, then if you also put a tick in 'warning' or 'valid' to bring up any other invoices so you can upload all the invoices at once, any changes you made in the invalid screen revert back to how they were before you corrected them.
As we normally upload over 100 invoices at a time we do really like to use the invalid & warnings screen so the…3 votes -

QUICK/FORM REPORTS - INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS
There is nowhere in STRATA Master to manage term deposits. You can't see the total, you cant see the term, you cant see the interest rate, you cant see the expiry date. It's very annoying that an accounting package doesn't have this option. We currently have to use the notes tab on the front of building card to remind us about the term deposits.

Mail Merge- Add email merge field
MAIL MERGE - to add an email merge field to accommodate all options set under the Notices>Correspondence delivery method i.e. owners, agent, different contact address. Currently can only accommodate owners, agents by two processes of emails. Would like to have one generic email merge field of '<<CorrespondenceEmail>>

NZ BANK ACCOUNTS
In NZ you can either have a contingency fund, a long term maintenance fund or both. You can't configure per plan, only per agency. We are having to export the reports out to excel, re-do and then print back to PDF again to ensure they are recorded as the correct fund names. The legislation in NZ is also changing and it is believed it will make it a requirement to have both long term maintenance fund and a contingency fund.

Insurance - Editing insurers
if the current insurer is edited with open claims will change the history and applies the new insurer to these open claims. Should have an option with warning not to do this.

An option to include a check box to include bank account details on the remittance advice.

levy journal - ability scroll to next lot in the plan
There is no shortcut to go to next lot under Levy Journal Screen. When editing descriptions for levy information, we need to re-enter the lot number and strata plan each time as there is no icon to scroll back or forward.
