  1. When processing invoices in FileSmart each field requires you to delete the existing information then type it in (e.g. invoice number, amount,..). I believe this only changed with the upgrade of FS as it used to highlight all information when tapping into the next field and you could easily type it over.
    Could we please change this again?

  2. This morning I went to send the look at my strata demo link to a prospective new client. Now I accept that I have not used this demo for some time but nevertheless I was surprised to find that it is no longer functioning.

    A call to the friendly Rockend support team confirmed the status.

    It would be great to have a demo made available again.

  3. It would be helpful to have expiry date and % rate of the term deposit on Investment report from Form report.
    Or add the current balance to Quick reports > Corporations > Show bank accounts

  4. Please look at illuminating the work history tab in workflow when there is a comment to look at. Quite often the doc appears in workflow and it gets workflowed because there is nothing to indicate that there is a comment in work history to look at

  5. Due to Covid 19 we have a number of owners and committees wanting to defer the OC levies. Most of our OC have enough surplus funds to get by for 6-12 months however, there is no way to currently do this in Strata. You can not change a due date for a levy from the OC level or individual owner level. If this is something that could be updated before your next meeting in September due to the current circumstances it would be a huge help. Deferring interest doesn't help as the OC's/Lots will still receive the debt recovery notices.…

  6. It would be useful if owners could log in using their email address instead of their web access number if they wanted to. We have had owners contact us requesting this functionality.

  7. There are a number of options that would work for the client:
    1. The web access number can be changed
    2. The web access number is only required to be entered the first time, but it doesn’t ask for this for every subsequent time (only for the password as per many banking institutions)
    3. The web access number is the nominated e-mail address

    If the web access number is required to be entered every time, and it isn’t the clients e-mail address, and it can’t be changed, this is completely unworkable for the client, and won’t work as an ap…

  10. We are increasingly not able to send Agenda's and Minutes from Strata Master via outlook because the file size is too large.
    Therefore it is bouncing back and not able to be delivered to our contacts. It would be great if the file can automatically be zipped before automatically sending from Strata Master to Outlook.

  11. There are a couple of screens that you cant scroll through unless you are in edit mode which is really annoying such as insurance claims, notes in the tenant tab (of the lot owners card).

  12. When a Balance Sheet is produced part way through the year and the 'show previous period' option is selected the period shown is for the same month in the previous year, not as at the end of the previous financial year. That can be very confusing, particularly if you have also produced an Income & Expenditure report and selected the 'comparative period' -Prior year complete (financial year end) and not 'prior period' (same month in previous year).

    I suggest the Balance Sheet prior period should include the same options as the Income & Expenditure prior period options and the Balance…

  13. The ability to print GST/Tax report for prior period if plan has only been de-registered for GST recently i.e. GST status is registered until 30/6/19. Then was changed to unregistered from 1/7/19, should be able to produce GST/Tax report for the prior quarter from 1/4/19-30/6/19.

  17. The owner ledger & some other reports in Strata Master should show the strata plan number instead of just the body corp name as majority of the functions require to input the plan number

  19. When levies notices are emailed, file naming convention is : Lot#_FeeNotice2019...
    It will be great if the file name can add reference to the plan no.

  20. When running Quick report > Meetings > 'Show plans with 50% or more valid tenancy', should have a column that shows how many lots in the plan that got valid tenancy and a column for the percentage.
