Charge Individuals for postage of Levies
Charge individual owners directly for the posting of a levy notice/statement. At the moment it adds up the cost of all posted levies and does not charge back to the specific owners who you are posting to. Should include the wording on the levy notice that they can be emailed for no charge.

This is really important so organizations can reduce their carbon footprint and cost to owners for disbursements while optimizing efficiencies in processing the costs.

I agree, this will make the recharging to individual lots far easier without the need to raise a miscellaneous invoice to each owner. It recovery should be included as a sperate line item in the levy notice

In a bid to minimise postage costs and paper usage, it would be a great addition to charge individual owners directly instead of the strata property for printing costs of a levy notice and adding this cost to the levy directly. It would be more equitable to charge owners directly for those who specifically request for notices to be printed as it won't be fair to charge the entire strata property for preferences of a minority.
Charging function can work in a similar way to how stage 1, 2 & 3 costs are recharged to lot owner immediately after the button is pressed and eliminates the need to raise a separate invoice to recover this charge on behalf of the strata property.
There should also be wording on the levy notice to include an explanation that the charge is due to printing and postage costs.
