  1. The ability to select only chargeable entries when committee request chargeable items. Currently if you produce a diary report you get everything and have to filter through the chargeable entries. Would be very handy when we are asked to submit for a s60 Costs award or similar

  3. When levies notices are emailed, file naming convention is : Lot#_FeeNotice2019...
    It will be great if the file name can add reference to the plan no.

  4. Summary report that shows all invoices/transactions issued to all additional debtors in a strata plan - including paid & outstanding invoices.
    At the moment 'Additional debtor balance' only shows the outstanding invoices

  5. Allow for multiple resolutions in online voting.
    For eg.
    That the Body Corporate have the exterior of the building painted Yes / No / Abstain
    and further
    a. That contractor A be appointed for $450,000 Yes/No
    b. That contractor B be appointed for $425,000 Yes?No

  6. When running Quick report > Meetings > 'Show plans with 50% or more valid tenancy', should have a column that shows how many lots in the plan that got valid tenancy and a column for the percentage.

  8. Where there are multiple Outlook email accounts configured, would like the ability in SM to define which email account SM uses to send levies etc, instead of using the default email account set in Outlook.

  9. Ability to customise fee notice wording. We would like the ability to customise the wording 'Debt Recovery' as this raises many questions with our lot owners, in particular if it is only a Reminder Fee that we issuing them.

  11. Would like the ability to link two creditors to a work order.
    Instances where the creditor who carried out the work is not the creditor that is issued the invoice for payment, so would like to keep a record of both.

  15. There currently is a limitation (5) on the number of quote requests Strata Master allows you to enter.

  18. Notification to the strata manager of the voting closure and if indeed anyone voted. i.e. if no one voted it saves us time logging through to get the report. The voting report doesn't appear to be available unless logging through the meeting wizard.
