Merge diary entries
It would assist if we can merge multiple diary entries under the one heading to keep the records together when multiple entries exist for one reason or another

Agreed! The feature to split merged entries is equally as important! Currently, a merged entry comes through to the Portal as a Quote/ Work Order under the same header (Subject) thereby creating a subpar user experience.
