  2. Add a column to the budget screen to explain the reason for the line expense - at the moment we need to track this in a separate spreadsheet or similar. Often managers will make updates to the budget over the course of the year for the next FY but may not recall the reason for the budgeted expense when the AGM comes.

  3. When working through bulk workflow items, or looking for specific invoices, it would be helpful if more rows appeared in the grid. Potentially the ability to click and drag the screen down to increase the number of rows.

  4. Adding the 'Show Invoice' button would be helpful for invoices that are located in fileSMART. Some customers 'stamp' their invoices as they are paid etc. This screen is more workable then the FSCI screen when you have a lot of rows to check / process.

  5. Ability for the Audit Trail report to record any changes made to the insurance policy or coverage details in the corporation screen

  7. Print out summary report of creditors paid via direct entry prior to the remittance advices being printed. Similar to other payment options. i.e. Bulk BPAY payments report.

  12. Display the other committee members phone numbers when logged on as committee members, currently has email address, etc, but not phone number.

  16. To be able to have the options for a report pre-set when run from Form Reports

    eg. For Income & Expenditure - would like it pre-set so that it picks up the budget and comparative period, instead of selecting each time the report is run.

  20. When entering invoices if the creditor compliance status could be shown (prior to completing the invoice). It's a little bit inconvenient after entering an invoice and going to save the invoice, it comes up that you cannot save or hold the invoice because the creditor is non-compliant.
