Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? Or would you prefer this email to be sent to your external email each time an email failed to send? If you are not using the Communication Platform,…

We would like the ability to print/view our trial statements before we run our EOM statements - I know you can do it in PMe so would be great to have the same option in Property Tree

Would like the ability to search properties with no compliance (smoke alarm) entered so we can ensure that our properties are compliant and regularly checked
Would be great to have a field within the covering automated email with payment details. Namely, the DEFT reference number and biller code. Bank account details are not an option.....
