As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. The legisaltion requires us to get quotes and send work orders on behalf of Landlord. For us to pay invoices, we need the tradesman to address the invoice to the owner name, made out to the owners name/ C of the agency name. At present the tradesman have to scan through the email to find the owners name, it should just have it on the WORK ORDER or QUOTE request as that is essential for best practice it needs to be updated ASAP.
