This will save so much time when following up tenants and owners. To have to go via the communications platform is a very slow process. It would save time for all the team when following up or replying to emails.

This update is absolutely crucial for our workflow. Right now, it’s extremely difficult to distinguish between lease renewals that are due and those that have already been approved to move to periodic, which is causing unnecessary confusion and slowing down our processes.
Could you please prioritise updating this in PT and move it up the list of scheduled improvements?
It would also be incredibly helpful if this information could be added to the Tenancy Card, so it’s immediately visible and clear to anyone viewing the tenancy.
Thanks so much—this change will make a significant difference to daily operations.

Yes PLEASE! We need to add an email disclaimer in our emails, but cannot do this with the JPG option for signatures.

Where is this one at in development? We invoice commercial owners for advertising regularly and need to have them pay the trust account for this before we can advertise their property. We need to be able to create an invoice to send to an owner for fees charged. Please develop this! Thank you.

This is vital for Commercial Ownerships. Especially for advertising invoices. We can only raise a charge which appears on the statement, but I would like that fee to be able to be printed as an invoice. PLEASE create this functionality like you have for fees for tenants! Thank you.

Yes please! This would be so handy for scheduled catch ups with Landlords, following up of compliance issues, outgoings reconciliations, tenant check ins. Arrears. Please make these possible.

Yes please. This would be so wonderful as so many tenants advise that they forgot it was coming up for due and then get annoyed when they get an overdue notice. Please implement this as an option in automated communications.
