An error occurred while saving the comment Alex Collins commentedUser experience improvement around mobile would be well received.
May that be via an app, or improved mobile view.Currently very difficult to search, save and get detail if on the road.
Whilst the contact app does assist with some items, having better UX to access more would be greatly appreciated in our team.Alex Collins supported this idea · -

Currently if you close a communication, you cannot re-open the thread in owner/tenant card.
Meaning you must search through communications inbox to find then generate a reply/new thread. Ideally this could be actioned on the Owner/Tenant card.

Have an option to select what an owner can see in the portal e.g option to turn off maintenance detail/view in owner portal
