OnEvac: Ability to customise the "safe" text message
The SMS that can be sent to personnel during an evacuation cannot be edited/defined.
The current wording of "Please reply with the word 'SAFE' to verify you are safe" does not suggest the recipient should be at an evacuation point before sending, leading to a mismatch between physical employees present, and those marked as safe in the app.
This should be able to be set at the account and/or location level. eg:
- "Please proceed to your closest evacuation point and reply with the word 'SAFE' when you arrive"
- "Evacuate to the main carpark, then reply 'SAFE' to confirm you are present"
- "Reply 'SAFE' when you arrive at your designated muster point".
