Add "5 Years from Start Date" quick-select option for Contract Expiry
Organizations that frequently create 5-year contracts want to set the contract expiry date quickly without manually navigating the calendar for every contract they create.
Current limitation
Within Tools > Contractor Manager > Organizations > [Organization] > Contracts > Contract Details, the Contract Expires field only provides quick-select options for:
12 Months from Start Date
2 Years from Start Date
3 Years from Start Date
When a contract is intended to run for five years, users must manually open the calendar and select the expiry date each time.
Requested enhancement
Add a "5 Years from Start Date" quick-select option alongside the existing expiry shortcuts.
Business value
This would:
Reduce repetitive manual date selection.
Save time when creating contracts for multiple organizations.
Improve consistency by automatically calculating the correct expiry date.
Align with the existing quick-select options already available for common contract durations.
