Customers are requesting more control over the induction experience. Two enhancements are proposed:

1. Making the “Getting Started” tutorial video optional (Induction Kiosk only).

2. Allowing the completion message to be editable for all induction courses, regardless of whether they are completed on the Kiosk or online.

Current Behaviour
A. Induction Kiosk Only
Before an induction begins, users must go through three mandatory steps:

a.1. Check your Profile
b.2. Check your Organization
c.3. Getting Started Video – “Learn how it works”
c.4. The video step cannot be disabled.

B. All Induction Completion Flows (Kiosk + Online)

Once a user completes an induction course, the system displays a fixed message:

“Congratulations! You have successfully completed and passed the [Course Name] induction. Your record will be updated and a Certificate of Learning for this Course will be emailed to you shortly.”

This text cannot be edited by customers.

Requested Enhancements
1. Enable/Disable the “Getting Started” Video (Induction Kiosk Only)

Allow customers to turn this step on or off depending on whether they feel the tutorial is required.

1. Editable Completion Message (Applies to All Induction Courses)

Provide a field in the induction settings where customers can edit or replace the default completion message.

For Optional Kiosk Video:

1. Faster flow for returning visitors who already know how the kiosk works.
2. Reduced congestion at busy sign-in locations.
3. More consistent experiences for repeat contractors and employees.

For Editable Completion Message (Kiosk + Online):

1. Let's organizations tailor final instructions (e.g., “See reception”, “Collect badge”, “Proceed to safety briefing” instead of ticking another feature like Triggers for Notification once user is done with it).
