Separation of properties in portal
Clients with more than one property are unable to view graphs and details for each property individually.
Only work around is to have separate email addresses for each property with different portal log ins10 votes -
Wording - Statements
We have just had a complaint about the wording on the Tax Invoices issued. When a new Tax Invoice is issued it has all the others issued prior listed as outstanding when in actual fact they are not outstanding. They are due in the future. Is there a way of changing the wording on this Statement that is issued to the Tenants

Display Property Manager in Invoice Genius
Display the Property Manager’s name in Invoice Genius on the ‘Bulk Processing’ screen, next to the Property address, so we can identify the PM and bulk forward invoices (similar to FileSmart).
Also display the PM on the invoice screen once the invoice has been opened and Property selected, which will be helpful for any invoices that were not bulk processed users currently have to have 2 screens open, to find out who the PM is, before they can forward the invoice8 votes -

Property ME has the option to have an alert on the renter, property and owner screen right in front of you, rather then searching for pinned notes/alerts.

Attach invoice to create credit
It does not seem that you can add an invoice when creating a credit to a tenant. The owner just sees the credit applied on the statement but no invoice can be attached. Would be nice for an owner to have a document to support the tenant credit.

Vacant Tenancies Report, option to show archived tenant vacancies
Include archived tenant vacancies in vacancy report to see historic data when required.
IE. You want to know how many vacancies had in a block of 100 apartments within a 3 month period. - Currently cannot see this as report only shows active tenancies with a vacate date.

Improve Holiday Rental Owner Statements
Remove the future bookings from the owner statements and only list the bookings that are being paid. Some properties have a large number of future bookings and it's very distracting for the owner when looking at their statement. They are only interested in what they have been paid and what expenses they have incurred

Enable the ability to disable access to the Agency Statements using user defined security roles
Currently, you can only disable the ability to view statements in general, not specifically disable user access to the Agency Statement. Like you can with the Agency Ledger. We need a separate user permission to separate the Agency Statement access.

Sales reports
Sales reporting - there are no reports you can generate for KPI's. All the data is put in for Listing and Selling Agent and dates of agency agreements but you cannot generate a report (monthly, quarterly) showing individual agents commissions etc.
If we put all the data in, why can we not generate reports like this?3 votes -
Tracking Invoices through Invoice Genius
We need a way to track Invoices through Invoice Genius. Once an invoice is sent there is no way to prompt a PM to approve or to flag that the invoice has already been entered into invoice genius. There is no record of notes for the activity pertaining to an invoice. Invoices need to be time stamped with status updates - Entered > approved > Processed > paid.

An alert should come up when sending out an invoice to a tenant who does not have emails or it should print automatically
An alert should come up when sending out an invoice via the create tenancy invoice to a tenant who does not have emails or it should print automatically. The button is "Create Invoice" so unless you look for the details you can think it has emailed, as it doesn't prompt to print.

Categorize merge templates so they are easy to find when using the dropdown
We have so many mail merge templates that when we use the dropdown to select the template we have a big list of them to go through (currently in alphabetical order). Would be great to have custom categories for our mail merge templates so that all the rent arrears templates displayed together, and then all the lease templates etc.
