  1. Include a tick box for invoices entered to be visible to owner automatically without having to go in an manually tick this particularly as owners often want to view these at end of financial year.

  2. Banks have limits to the amount of payments included in ABA files - it would be great to see a pop up to say - payments included in the ABA file that is about to be downloaded exceed 500 - do you want to continue (in westpac case it is 500)..... further more under setting if one could put in their banks limitiations assuming they are all different - then the pop up can respond to that or better yet just say aba can't be downloaded as it exceeds your banks upload limit - reduce to 500.

  3. Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen.   4. Particularly for apartments in the CBD where the car park numbers often differ from the unit numbers(e.g. #217, on level B3 ). We add the information in the note for our reference. If the information could be found out at one glance in the property tab, that would be helpful for PM, and it won't be easily missed. Thank you.

  5. It would be good if Property Tree will hold multiple BPAY references for each property for the same creditor. Example when Strata Levies are received separately for a car space to the actual unit they generally have different BPAY references so invoice genius does not pick up when its different.

  6. It would be very helpful if all users within the same agency could view invoices uploaded via Invoice Genius, regardless of who uploaded them — as long as they have access to the same portfolio or property.

    Currently, it seems that invoices are only visible to the user who uploads them, which limits collaboration and can lead to duplicated efforts or confusion.

    This feature would improve team workflow, transparency, and invoice management across the team.

  9. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  10. To have a notes option in the columns of rent reviews. We can make a note advising if we have actioned or to see the recommendation at a glance. We can also easily distinguish the ones we have actioned.
    This is already a feature on the inspection summary page.

  11. Have an option when paying out unknown funds to include an EFT Reference that is displayed on the bank statement of the person receiving the money. This is especially important when paying out unclaimed money to revenue as payments to them must include a reference number which they provide.

  13. Sales Statements provide a lack on information on them. I have just paid a Solicitor funds as Stakeholder but when I generated the statement, which should also be stored as a Statement, the Statement shows the Vendor as the Payee. The Statement does not show who the money was actually paid to, nor the reason for it eg Settlement, Stakeholder or anything else. Nor can we see entered bank details for the payee when preparing the final statement which is extremely important to check off.

  14. With the new Commercial Tenancy Statement, is there any way to filter by a due date for outstanding invoices (outside of rent cycle). Currently, all invoices entered are showing under outstanding, regardless of if they are overdue. This could be an issue as some invoices are entered in well in advance.

  16. Daily Tenant Download Report - Automatically Sent to Management Staff.
    I have a staff member conducting our daily bank reconciliation and doing the tenant download report. It would be great if there was a feature to send the tenant download report automatically to our management staff.

  17. Mark a property as yes/no water usage is charged and have this automatically filter to the tenancy (perhaps with the ability to override for extenuating circumstances). This way each new tenancy will always reflect the property rather than having to look it up with each new tenancy and recall why water usage is/isn't charged (would also be good if it was a NO that a reason could be entered so that future property managers arent left scratching their heads

  19. We would love the ability to choose the frequency of an owner statement dependent on our owner's requests. Eg. we have owners that only want 1 statement per month, but want a mid-month and end of month payment, so receive 2 statements, and other owners that are happy to receive 2 statements per month. This selection could be saved on the owner profile so when processing the owner payments, it would only need to be run once and Property Tree would know the owner preferences.

  20. When a tenancy is vacating and you select 'lease break', a label shows up at the top of the tenancy profile, which is good; however, once the move out date has been reached, the label changes to 'vacated'. Is there anyway 'lease break' can remain there as well?
