Email, Message or SMS failure alert/pop up
Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.

Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? New Column on Tenancy Ledger to show Number of Days and Amount of Arrears
Rather than having to go through a tenant's ledger with them, it would be handy for tenants to have the number of days and amount of arrears displayed on the tenancy ledger, also perfect for property managers processing tenancy applications with ledgers from other agents using Property Tree. No need to go through every transaction in the ledgers if these are displayed, makes life easier.

As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

Email files straight from document management, currently we have to download them and attach them to an email

Configuration icon position
When on a laptop or small screen - can't access or click on the icon for configuration. No scroll function to bring it onto screen.

Work orders and pictures be sent as pdf attachments rather than links.
We have found that strata companies and now many of trades will not click on links. This is causing us duplication of work as we resend the work order as an attachment.
11 votesWe're currently looking into replacing the links in emails sent from Property Tree with attachments (across the product - statements, invoices, receipts, work orders etc). We'll let you know once this goes into Development.
