  2. At the moment we can only turn on or off automatic communications to all owners. There is no option to have it only for select owners.

    We only have a handful of owners wanting to be invited to routine inspections and having the ability to turn on the automatic communications just for those owners would be ideal and save a long and tedious manual process of filtering the database to find those owners then send them an email.

  3. We would like the ability to have the ''pinned'' items open by choice so that they appear at the top of the screen, perfect when we have to remember something like ''partner died, don't call him they broke up"

  4. Presently the Caller ID on the contacts app displays the Contacts First Name and the Initial of the Surname. It would be more useful if the caller ID could display the Contacts Full Surname .

  5. Create an option to edit the PDF work orders within configuaration settings. Currently you can edit the email template for creditors, however there is no option to edit the PDF version that is attached to the email.

    Currently we have a discrepency between work order email and work order PDF, PDF does not state billing details and we have had problems with invoices being addressed incorrectly due to this as some contractors go off of the PDF instead of email.

  6. Once a lease has expired and rolled into a periodic lease we don't want the tenant to appear on the expired leases. We want to mark the tenancy lease as periodic and keep the lease end date entered as a record that there was a fixed term lease previously.

  7. it would be really helpful to have a key register where we could assign key in/out and assign trades/ownerships/tenants etc. and also the individual with the keys (i.e. jack) and contact information for the individual responsible for the key. Also to be able to print a report of the keys each day to see which keys are still out with trades. an important part of this would be to have the ability to have the keys "not to be returned" or similar if an owner is taking possession or management ending etc.

  8. When issuing a work order for a tradesperson, we should be able to select a due date that they need to have this completed by. If they don't complete it by this due date, we can then filter through overdue work orders and follow up from there.

  9. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

  14. since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

  15. Have the ability to filter on properties that are currently set at the new status ‘Not for Relet’.

    For example, have it added to the Dashboard and Vacant Properties report, for easy and quick access.

  16. Ability to Archive Properties instead of Deleting

    If a landlord gives back a management of a property or access is required for an old report for a property, there is no ability to make a property/inspection active again without contacting support.

    Reports are not accessible on deleted properties.

    Archived properties should not be included in the active property count.

  17. With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

What do you like or dislike about the current Portals? Is there additional information that you'd like to provide to your Owners and/or Tenants?   20. Owners details (NAME) are not appearing on work orders via link.
    Tax invoices should be addressed to the owner care of the estate agents address.
    There is no mention of the owners detail at all on the work order link.
    We have it set up so they get the owners details in the original email. However when work orders are going through to the contractors accounts department they are not receiving the owners details. We would like a field included on the work order to include owners details so invoices are received correctly.
