"Email 2" - Secondary Email Field Exporting
There should be the functionality to export Email 2 into CVS. As many agent bulk emails outside of Box and Dice, whether its just a Outlook email or something more customised!
Reasons to implement:
The majority of my clients have work emails and personal emails so when on leave they don't receive my emails.
Clients regularly have partners with an email address and don't require a whole new contact to be added to the database just a secondary email.
Hopefully you can see current limitations and understand the requirements to implement.

The 'Email2' field on a Contact has been renamed 'Secondary email'. We have added 'Secondary email' as a column on the Contact Search screen, and a new search filter allows you to identify Contacts that do (or do not) have a secondary email address recorded. This was another request added to User Voice by a manager who encourages her team to collect both personal and work emails of Contacts in their system.

Integrate email with Box and Dice
As an Admin user and Sales Agent :
I would like to be able to integrate my email (outlook/gmail) with Box and Dice.Business Case:
Emails can be sent directly from Box and Dice however the responses and subsequent replies need to be manually copied into the system from the staff members email provider. It is time consuming to do this and the step often gets missed, resulting in entire conversations with clients that are not recorded in Box and Dice and reducing it’s effectiveness as the “single source of truth” for a business.

Stop deleting OFIs when a Purchaser is added!
As a Sales Admin in Victoria (where Under Offer properties may be Opened for Inspection) I would like to have the option to not delete future inspections automatically when a Purchaser is added to the Listing as our agents often keep showing the property until the sale is unconditional so that I don't have to recreate all the inspections which wastes time and risks error.
Perhaps a popup which asks if future opens should be deleted once the purchaser is added?
And maybe the option to enable/disable the popup based on the office's preferences/local rules.

Keep or remove a listing's inspections when adding purchasers. When adding a purchaser to a Current or Not Settled listing with scheduled inspections, a new modal allows users to either remove or keep future inspections before proceeding to add purchasers. This update streamlines the user journey and ensures clients can keep hosting inspections while waiting for an under-offer listing to reach its actual unconditional date.

When receipting, tick a box for auto email receipt to Vendor or Purchaser
As a user, it would be beneficial to have the Save to PDF and Email auto pick up either the Vendor or the Purchaser from the listing rather than having to search for them again and potentially selecting the wrong name as there could be duplicates in the system

Draft Web Listing Preview Link
During a recent training session it was requested for an option to be made available that allows a user to generate a Draft Web Listing before pushing a property through to the web. This should provide a URL link that the user can share with the Vendor/Landlord and make any changes before publishing live online.
Where the client has a Grab website the listing should appear in their Grab Website format. Where the client does not have a Grab website, perhaps a standard Box+Dice web listing format could be made available as generating a draft listing for REA/Domain etc would…9 votesHi Supporters

Auto update Sales Details screen with deposit received
As an agent I would like, when I have receipted in the deposit in the Accounting Screen for the information to be automatically linked to the Sales Details Screen and update the deposit amount there, rather than having to enter is manually

After calling, show caller's name on Log Feedback screen of the mobile app
When you call someone from the app and end the call, the Log Feedback page shows to add notes to the caller's contact page.
The issue is that when juggling multiple calls at once, it difficult to determine which caller the Log feedback page relates to.
It would therefore help if the contact name could appear on the Log feedback screen automatically after the call, to be sure who it relates to.

viewing attachments on the Agent App
This request is about making documents that are on the Desktop to be made visible on the Mobile App. Agents need to be able to refer to documents such as the Contract of Sale so they can answer buyer questions such as body corp fees, council rates, lease agreements, sale authority etc..
At present, this can only be done by logging onto the main website via a desktop PC or internet browser - not ideal when standing at an Open Inspection or 'on the go'.7 votesHi Supporters

Ability to have multiple consultants/contacts on 1 Task
In the current CRM setup, assigning two consultants/contacts to a task or task template results in the system creating separate tasks for each consultant/contact. This means that if one consultant completes their task for one contact, it doesn't mark the task as completed for the other consultant/contact, even though they are part of the same team/task.
As an administrator,
I propose a change where assigning two or more consultants/contacts to a task results in a single shared task for all consultants/contacts involved.

Send low SMS credit alerts less frequently
As an Office Manager, I would like low SMS credit alerts to be sent less frequently so I am not spammed
When the SMS credit amount goes below the threshold defined in Settings > General > SMS > select office > Notification Amount, an email is sent to the email address defined in Settings > General > SMS > select office > Notification Email.
Business Reason: This happens whenever any user sends another SMS and the SMS credit is still below the threshold.

Ability to customise the 'Send Contract' via App email content
We wish to use a customised email body when sending contracts through the mobile app. For example we have a standard disclaimer wording we wish to include, or to make it more in uniform with our branding.
We are aware of this being possible through individual emails and attachments, however this proves to be very tedious when at inspections.

Ability to download or delete images in bulk
Currently if I need to delete all images from a property or listing, or transfer them to a different one because of user error, I can only delete or download them one at at a time.

Listing filter for uploaded file types
It would be handy to be able to filter for current listings that do/don't have particular file documents uploaded.
For example I'm trying to find listings that don't have a contract and/or SOI attached so that can be rectified so agents out in the field can use them.6 votesHi Supporters

Ability to send to 2nd email address
We have a number of clients who have 2 email addresses. It would be great to have the option when sending via 'Send PDF via Email' to include the recipient contact's 2nd email address, if one has been recorded.
The same would be great when sending an email via the Library; as well as the option to manually add additional CC contacts when sending.

Edit a buyer note on the agent app
It would be great to have the ability to quickly edit a buyer note via the agent app. Sometimes at OFI's when making notes, agents can make little typos, it would be great to edit these on the go instead of waiting to get in front of a laptop or desktop.

Bulk Update Listing and Appraisal office
As a Franchise Admin user, I would like to be able to update the Listing and Appraisal office if a staff member transfers from one office to another to reflect new office.
This would assist in making the Consultant Move tool much more effective when run as it moves the activity consultant but not the Listing or Appraisal office.
Not having the office activity moved with the consultant activity negatively impacts our reporting, filtering and electronic communication and we'd love to see this fixed. Thanks!

I would like to be able to easily inform all relevant stakeholders (Vendors, Landlords, Tenants & Prospective Buyers when the upcoming weekly inspections have been added to the listing.Business Case:

Re-assign selected Tasks to other users
It would be extremely beneficial to be able to transfer a group of specific tasks to a different user, instead of only being able to transfer all ALL incomplete, or ALL overdue, or ALL future tasks.
Many agents have assistants who work alongside them so transferring certain administration tasks such as follows ups or prospecting duties when needed would really help.
If a consultant leaves the company we may wish to split their future tasks between several different staff members.
