  2. In the inspections view it would be good to have an upload all button in the top left. So you could upload all your inspections to the connected portals without having to click through to each individual listing.

  4. I would like to see all the Buyer reports in the desktop CRM available in the Agent App. Our agency prefers the older, more simple Buyer Reports, and it is time-wasting to have to send them from the desktop when they could be sent from the App

  5. We create and approve Statement of Informations through RedHQ. At the moment we pulling images and campaign items back to B+D via MVI. It would be great to pull back the approved SOI as well and have it saved in the listing files section tagged as "Statement of Information", "Public - can be published on my website" and "show in agent app".

  6. It would be great to have the ability to quickly edit a buyer note via the agent app. Sometimes at OFI's when making notes, agents can make little typos, it would be great to edit these on the go instead of waiting to get in front of a laptop or desktop.

    I want to create consultant groups with granular Access Control Lists (ACLs), allowing me to specify which offices the ACLs apply to.
    So that I can grant users access to certain functionalities while restricting their access to specific offices.
    Example:
    Consultant 1 is added to Consultant Group A. This group can access Trust Accounting but only within Offices X, Y, and Z.
    Consultant 2 is added to Consultant Group B. This group can access Trust Accounting but only within Offices R, S, and T.

  8. As a Franchise Admin user, I would like to be able to update the Listing and Appraisal office if a staff member transfers from one office to another to reflect new office.

    This would assist in making the Consultant Move tool much more effective when run as it moves the activity consultant but not the Listing or Appraisal office.

    Not having the office activity moved with the consultant activity negatively impacts our reporting, filtering and electronic communication and we'd love to see this fixed. Thanks!

  9. As the officer in effective control (OIEC) in my company
    I want to be able to restrict Admins and Franchise Admins from being able to update other Staff Access Roles
    So that I can make sure staff are not providing access to other staff members who should not have it.

  10. Any item that you are required to scroll down needs a tick box alongside each item. For example:- Contact Categories, Property Features, Styles, Building Materials etcetera.

    Instead of scrolling down and selecting, then having to scroll down again to select another feature. I think it would be best so that you are scrolling only once and ticking (selecting) each item that you require as you scroll.

  11. We are hoping to have a new ACL created for Timeline Entry – Edit (own office)

    Largely the new ACL is to assist in the case of human error.
    Some staff are either entering wrong information or including typos and bad grammar when adding notes to the buyer register via their iPad.
    Our goal is to have members of the same sales team, or select members of the office, be able to edit these incorrect notes before they are sent to the vendor in a report.

    This feature has been released in version 8.3. Staff can now be restricted to edit or delete contact timeline events within their own office, or authorised group of offices.

  12. As an Admin user I want the system logs to have a "Show More" option on logs with longer text than currently displayed. This will allow agents with the ACL for View System logs to see all entries in full from the logs.

  13. Currently, all activities are shown on a contact timeline, which can be very long if a contact has a large amount of activity.

    As an admin user,
    I would like, the option to change the display of the contact timeline, similar to how Outlook and other software allow for the view to be either
    1. Standard - View remains as it currently is, showing all activity
    2. Compact - 2 lines with an option to drop down the rest of the information
    This will prevent the timeline from being too long and difficult to search.

  14. In the current CRM setup, assigning two consultants/contacts to a task or task template results in the system creating separate tasks for each consultant/contact. This means that if one consultant completes their task for one contact, it doesn't mark the task as completed for the other consultant/contact, even though they are part of the same team/task.

    I propose a change where assigning two or more consultants/contacts to a task results in a single shared task for all consultants/contacts involved.

    Shared tasks that when completed by one, completes for all. We've created a new 'Shared Task' feature, so you can assign one action to multiple consultants and once one agent marks it as complete, the shared task will be completed for all assignees.

  15. I would like to be able to set a default view for columns in the table view on the contacts screen.

  16. When trying to find matching properties for a new buyer, to have the ability to search the properties screen by suburb, number of beds, material etc would be a huge benefit. Eg show me all the 4 bed weatherboard properties in Surrey Hills.

  17. As an Office Manager, I would like low SMS credit alerts to be sent less frequently so I am not spammed

    When the SMS credit amount goes below the threshold defined in Settings > General > SMS > select office > Notification Amount, an email is sent to the email address defined in Settings > General > SMS > select office > Notification Email.

    Business Reason: This happens whenever any user sends another SMS and the SMS credit is still below the threshold.
    If there are 20 agents sending SMS over a weekend during Property Inspections, there may be dozens…

    I would like to have a character count on the Ad Copy
    To have a standard character length per listing
