Integrate email with Box and Dice
As an Admin user and Sales Agent :
I would like to be able to integrate my email (outlook/gmail) with Box and Dice.
Business Case:
Emails can be sent directly from Box and Dice however the responses and subsequent replies need to be manually copied into the system from the staff members email provider. It is time consuming to do this and the step often gets missed, resulting in entire conversations with clients that are not recorded in Box and Dice and reducing it’s effectiveness as the “single source of truth” for a business.
A way to easily record/automatically import relevant emails to box and dice when sending from an external email provider is needed, perhaps via a “BCC” email option.

When we create the open home at BoxDice, we love to add the appointment automatically to the outlook calendar for both listing agent and the support agent who will attend the meeting. It saves time to manually add them to the calendar.

To help balance the perfect work/family life, I would like to add in my staff profile my scheduled holidays which generally revolve around the school holidays periods and would then populate on the task calendar as blocked out in red. This would help me when making client base calls the weeks/months prior to holidays to not schedule tasks around my scheduled holidays.

It would be great to be able to have the option to add the task to our google calendar like we can do with appointments.
