Email Vendors & Tenants inspection times
As an Admin user and Sales Agent :
I would like to be able to easily inform all relevant stakeholders (Vendors, Landlords, Tenants & Prospective Buyers when the upcoming weekly inspections have been added to the listing.
Business Case:
Staff users currently add the inspection to the listing but do not have the ability to easily inform all stakeholders. The Calendar sync can used to update an owner, but cannot notify other relevant parties (such as tenants, other sales people assisting with opens, prospective buyers, etc). Having an easy way to notify all interested parties each week as the inspections are set would ensure no communication gaps with the people who need to be kept informed and create a much smoother inspection process for all involved.

One possible addition to this would be an Alert that is sent to relevant stakeholders when the listing is updated and pushed to portals (in the case of sales). So whether it is setting an Open House, updating the photos for the listing or making a change to the copy, you would naturally then want to push those changes to portals and at the same time update stakeholders that this has occurred.

Working directly with agents in busy, high-performing teams it's actually quite suprising that we don't have access to an automated alert for our clients (vendors, tenants, renters, agents etc) advising of their upcoming open times.
We currently have to:
1. Make the OFI change within the system
2. Manually send the OFI times using the EDM templateStep (2) needs to be completed again should the property have a tenant.
If the agent then decides to change the OFI time, the above then needs to be completed.
This process isn't effecient and if a step is missed our clients don't receive the level of service we aspire for.
I know many agencies would benefit from this improvement.
Thank you,
Megan
