Ability to have multiple consultants/contacts on 1 Task
In the current CRM setup, assigning two consultants/contacts to a task or task template results in the system creating separate tasks for each consultant/contact. This means that if one consultant completes their task for one contact, it doesn't mark the task as completed for the other consultant/contact, even though they are part of the same team/task.
As an administrator,
I propose a change where assigning two or more consultants/contacts to a task results in a single shared task for all consultants/contacts involved.
This way, when one consultant finishes the task, it's marked as completed for all consultants/contacts attached to that task.
This improvement will greatly enhance team collaboration and provide clear visibility into which tasks have been completed by team members.

Shared tasks that when completed by one, completes for all. We've created a new 'Shared Task' feature, so you can assign one action to multiple consultants and once one agent marks it as complete, the shared task will be completed for all assignees.

This would make the Lead Flow and general follow up task functionality much more efficient for our network given how many of our agents work in teams. Would love to see this upgrade happen!
