  1. Would it be possible to be able to view, sort and filter in the Buyer Register those buyers who have 'engaged' with a listing; meaning buyers who have clicked on the listing from a Blast email.

    This would allow agents to see which buyers have been introduced to the property from their database and also re-target those buyers and gauge their interest in the property based on the number of times the property is clicked on from the Blast email(s).

  3. When entering a tiered commission structure, the system generated description uses a hyphen symbol to separate each tier. If there are only 2 tiers, this makes the description read as if the second tier is being subtracted from the first.

    For example:
    2% up to $500,000 - 2.5000% on anything above $500,000 inc. GST

    Could the symbol be changed to something else, perhaps a comma, so there is less potential for confusion?

  5. At present we do a weekly blast to all our database with a list of all the properties we have listed sold etc. Unfortunately if a property is for sale it's visible and if it's sold or unconditional its visible but not if it's under offer with the purchasers details inserted. I have been told to hold off on placing the purchasers details in, but then we are unable to receipt their deposit so they must be inserted.

    At the end of the day under offer properties are still visible on all our websites in the for sale areas but…

  6. I would like to be able to customise the default message text of the various emails which can be sent from the system using a 'Send PDF via E-mail' button.

  10. Could we please have a configurable option made available that allows an office to restrict the authority price from and to, to only a 10% range to assist with compliance?

    Alternatively, could we at least have a notification displayed to the user to let them know when the authority price exceeds the 10% range.

  11. REA accept "a whole number greater than or equal to zero" for the number of living areas of a property, however only one can be selected within Box+Dice.

    We would like the ability to choose more than one when required, and have this load to REA.

  13. Want to be able to change the "Actual Release Deposit Date" in the Sales Details tab after a property has settled without having to reinstate the sale.

    In most cases the monies are drawn from trust at settlement, however there are times where we are owed money at settlement but we need to settle the property on the day it settles so it comes off our settlement report. At the moment we are having to either wait for the monies to come in, draw the funds then settle it OR settle it on the day but then reinstate it to…

  14. When funds are held in trust (until release) which will go towards paying a commission invoice, I'd like to be able to print/email a Tax Invoice showing that funds are already held which will pay for part of the invoice, and only the difference appears as payable.

    Currently I need to add a sales receipt, print the invoice, and then delete the sales receipt (as the funds have not actually been drawn yet).

  15. If a user has set up their office as the default office on a trust account, can this office's trust account please be selected automatically when creating a ledger manually? This would significantly reduce the opportunity for human error for offices who manually add their ledgers.

  16. Can we please have the option made available to add an electronic signature to a trust receipt? This would save users a lot of time signing receipts before sending them to clients. Clients have received mixed feedback from auditors about whether an email signature is/is not sufficient when sending a receipt electronically so they would like to be able to have the signature placed onto the receipt automatically.

    Even in the instance where this may have been determined to not be required, it would be great to have an option to email a receipt which does not have the manual…

  17. Can we please have an option to enter a Deposit Bond for part of the deposit only? One office has reported more than one incident of needing to enter a deposit bond for only part of the deposit with an initial deposit having been paid by Cash/EFT/Cheque.

  18. We need the ability to add some text to our invoices please. Perhaps the best / simplest solution would be an empty field with the ability to add an editable footnote.

    For example we want to add a "money transfer precautions" footnote - alerting people to the possibility of cyber fraud.

  19. Currently you can have 3 advertising consultants in the listing information screen however Box & Dice only push through 2 consultants to REA.

    I have confirmed with REA that they can accept up to 4 consultants for commercial properties on real commercial.

    Could you please update the feed to allow more than 2 consultants to be pushed through to realcommercial.com.au.

  20. It would be great when editing a Content box in a blast email if it was a larger screen so you can easily navigate. Currently the content box is quite small and hard to move around.
