The current unsubscribe process makes it too easy for contacts to opt out of all communication rather than just marketing emails. This creates issues when a contact later becomes an active buyer, seller or landlord. An agent may attempt to reply through Eagle only to discover the contact has been unsubscribed from email and SMS communications entirely, despite only wanting to stop receiving marketing material.
Suggested Improvement
* Separate marketing communications from operational communications.
* Allow contacts to unsubscribe from bulk email campaigns without affecting enquiry responses, transaction updates or one to one communication.
* Provide separate opt out settings for Email Marketing and SMS Marketing.
* Clearly display communication preferences within the contact record.This would reduce communication issues and provide contacts with greater control over the type of communication they receive.

This would be so much more logical and is a feature and one we have been asking for for nearly 8 years with Eagle.
The ability to select which properties go out in the initial property match email would be very practical. The property match email does not go out immediately once turned on, so users could have a 5 minute window to select or de select properties that go out in the initial match.
The ability for the agency to customise the text in the email would also be great.
