    Recently we needed to check who removed and entered a key number along with who updated a rent review date, it is wild that this is not visible.

    Also, the information audit is a cumbersome and not efficient, there should be an audit trail tab on the Tenancy card, Property card and Ownership that has this stored and is easily viewable. Needing to run a report is unrealistic as the report then captures everything for the period selected.

    Currently in place for new jobs since the API was updated however should be live for previous jobs, open and closed. Also the time to feed the sttus update back from B&A to PT is far to slow, approximately 20 minutes.

    This is very important when exporting reports like Tenancy Funds an sending to a large team. It is then extremely easy for each team member to identify themselves rather thatn trying to recall all of the property addresses.
