The People Presence Report can show the last sign-ins per individual, but there is no automated or direct way to determine the last activity date for a contractor organization as a whole.

Many organizations manage contractor relationships at the company level rather than individual worker level. The ability to track an organization’s most recent onsite activity would support:

Contractor compliance monitoring (e.g., “Which approved vendors are still active?”)

Contract review and renewal decisions (e.g., shutting down or renewing access for inactive suppliers)

Site and safety oversight (e.g., ensuring only current and relevant vendors remain enabled for access)

Operational efficiency by eliminating manual checks or workarounds using individual sign-ins.

Having a “Last Seen On Site (Organization)” field or report would reduce manual admin effort and improve visibility across contractor engagement.

Suggested Approaches (Flexible):

Add a column in People Presence, Contractor Report, or Organization Profile showing:

Allow this field to be filterable, sortable, and exportable.
